We are a small, family-owned business who has been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years. We opened our first sushi restaurant back in 2002 in New Hampshire and our second in Indiana in 2008. The feeling of bringing the community together through our food or conversation during meals is something we will always cherish. All those we have met so far have been so kind and open to try out our cuisine and we could not be more grateful. I’ve been coming to Nuri since it opened, and it has never disappointed. Whether I’m dining in or picking up, the service is always exceptional. They’re friendly, warm, and welcoming every single time. You can really tell they care about their customers.
The food is absolutely delicious. I’ve tried so many of their rolls, but the Garlic Roll is hands down my favorite. If you’re a garlic lover like me, this roll is a must. I literally order it every time I go!

I was exploring and found this one with very high review ratings on the Google map. I was a little disappointed. The Sushi flavor is very Korean-ized, using typical Korean sources, a little too salty, too much sugar — a good Sushi should rely simply the flavor of the raw ingredients including Sashimi, and very simple flavor using rice vinegar, etc. The Sushi was not shaped properly, it is basically loosely made shape that cannot be separated and picked up — if you don’t care how it looks, it may be not a problem at all.
Basically if you like Korean food, this may be a good choice. If you are picky like myself about authentic Sushi experience, it may not totally meet the expectation.

Very clean and simple layout featuring a sushi bar as you walk in and both indoor and outdoor seating.
We were greeted quickly and shown to a table immediately.
Our complete order ended up being: 2 waters, 1 cold green tea, 5 rolls, 1 Chef’s Nigiri, and 2 Green Tea Ice Creams.
We were presented with miso soup to begin, along with kimchi, shredded daikon, marinated broccoli, and pickled onion.
Loved that they gave us soup spoons and chopsticks without the usual fork, knife, and spoon.
For the rolls we ordered Garlic Crunch Roll, Hide and Seek Roll, Mango Tango Roll, Volcano Roll, and Golden Tiger Roll.
Nigiri was fresh and their rice was good.
I don’t know where/who they get the green tea ice cream from, but it was the perfect ending for the meal.
Have easily spent the same amount at flashier, popular sushi places and gotten lower quality, so this was a solid homerun in our book.

I had dinner for the first time here tonight, and I was immediately greeted with amazing service and hospitality from Jeffery. The interior was cute, and the menu was concise listing many options and offering great descriptions. Food was pretty good, we got the spicy edemame appetizer which had a hot peppery sauce on it. For my roll, I got the Hide & seek and some other roll that was wrapped in cucumber which was very good. They started us off with miso soup, pickled radish, and other complimentary appetizers which were nice. Amazing service and good sushi rolls. Check it out for dinner if you are in the area!

Nuri Japanese and Korean Restaurant is a great spot for sushi. I had the sushi bowl, and it was quite tasty, with fresh ingredients and a good mix of flavors. Decided to try this restaurant for our date night. They were busy when we walked in but we were greeted and seated right away. They have a variety of dishes to choose from. I ordered sushi and hubby got noodles. We got miso soup and kimchi. The soup was good and hubby enjoyed the kimchi. Our food was delicious and we’ll definitely go back again. This is a family owned restaurant and they were very friendly.

Outside looks dull and uninviting, but what a pleasant surprise indoors. Very clean, staff is warm and attentive, and the food is just excellent. I had a Korean choice for dinner and my husband had a cooked Japanese meal. Appetizers were delicious and so was the meal! This restaurant is a well hidden secret in Lawrenceville. We will definitely be back!

FANTASTIC food and service! This was our first experience and it was so good! We got 7 rolls, pictured, and they were delicious! Just be warned the I Love Tuna roll is spicy, so if you don’t like spicy, you’ll want to sit that one out. The Bulgogi and the Chicken Katsu were SO good! I really can’t harp on how good the service was! Thank you to our amazing waitress and the spectacular chef!
