Have been ordering for over 25 years from this great little pizza place and this is the second time that we got a bad Pizza when I say bad I mean bad pictures will show it was wet it was thinner than a cracker everything was slid to one side and then when we tried to call back about $30 Pizza they wanted to give $5 credit and we asked to have Mr nunzio call us and still have not heard anything very disappointed after all these years! I have pictures to show the owner but still haven’t heard like I said

Folks near Nunzio’s are lucky to have them. There is pizza experience present even after midnight on a Monday. Pizza is on a conveyor in a pan which is a personal gripe. That said it’s above average for Cleveland.
I’d choose this almost always over Cleveland chains. I wish the sauce had more flavor, but not sweetness, cooked longer maybe? I need to visit again. Tied for best in the neighborhood as I understand it as of now.

I’d like to give this Nunzio’s 5 stars since I order here often, but a few things hold it back. Unless I order extra cheese, there’s a good chance my pizza isn’t that fresh by the time it arrives. They also get very busy, so expect to wait a while. That said, when the pizza does make it to me fresh, it’s easily the best pizza in the area without a doubt.

So I loved this place for such a long time, and was my go to place for pizza and pasta. However they take no responsibility when it comes mistakes or mess ups. Recently I ordered some pasta and asked for it to be baked it wasn’t and one of my pastas came with no sauce on it what so ever. Now i nave a had a few problems and well just done ordering from here and it sucks

This used to be my favorite pizza shop but the past few months it has really changed they’ve made a lot of cutbacks toppings have changed the cheese has changed just not the same pizza anymore and the sauce has a salty taste to it so sad such a letdown what was our favorite pizza shop now I not going back
