We ate the Taco de Camaron (Shrimp Taco), Taquito, Tacos, Tamales, Enchiladas, and Horchata drink. The horchata was good and the rest of the food tasted good too. It took a while for the food to come out and some of the side dishes came out on different orders. The server noticed right away and got it fixed for us. The prices were very reasonable.

In a non descriptive strip mall is this ma and pop delicious restaurant. If you find yourself in Yerington ( unlikely ) eat here. They start you off with fresh chip and salsa which had some heat but delicious. I got a carne asada burrito wet. The meat was great and the sauce tasty. My friend got a salad that was big and good. Service was quick and friendly

This was a great find. I had the carnitas, and they were amazing. Thier rice had very good flavor and was fluffy and light. The beans were definitely homemade, just like grandma made. I willbe back the next time I come to town.

I miss not living in town for this place. I love the food, the chefs are amazing and make the best of food-a REAL taste of Mexico. I’m g-free and I haven’t had any problems-you just need to know what to order. The cabbage salsa is to DIE for, and enchiladas are my favorite. The owner does an amazing job to make the customers and staff feel cared for. The servers are the sweetest and quick. Love this place! Best food in Yerington!

My wife got take-away last week. She was happy with her food, while I was disappointed. I ordered a “green burrito.” It came steeped in chili verde as it should, but the meat was tough enough to make a saddle out of. The burrito itself was huge, but that was due to a massive gob of rice and an equally huge gob of refried beans. I will be more cautious with what I order in the future.

What an awesome little hometown restaurant! The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Made us feel right at home. My only criticism of the staff is that there was only one girl working the dining room. She did a wonderful job, but it was a lot of work on her I felt like she needed a little bit of help. The food was excellent. Salsa was great Big portions we will definitely be back.

I ordered a cheese burger with bacon. Yeah I know I know I went to a Mexican restaurant and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Let me explain. The choices are slim in Yerington you either go to the overpriced burger’s at tailgaters or a tasteless burger at DiNi’s coffee shop, then you got the worst ever
Mc Donald’s ever! Ever ever right here in Yerington ! The worst McDonald’s hands down they just suck! . So I gave Nunez a shot can’t be worse than McDonald’s right? Let me get to it here. My burger would have been a lot better if I didn’t order the bacon. You know ordering the bacon probably through the cook. You know kind of confuse him a little bit because making a cheeseburger is probably different enough for a cook at a Mexican food restaurant, right? I mean it’s not like the cook specialty’s is a bacon cheeseburger. So anyways my food came and there it is right in front of me my bacon cheeseburger. I picked that sucker up it took a big ole bite out of it and went mmmmmmm man that tastes good! So I took another bite and another I got the same result just a big mmmmmmm tasty ! So I decided to look at the Burger I opened it up and there was a big Criss-Cross overlap pile of raw bacon damn it! Raw bacon! Fn RAW! what do I mean by raw? I’m talking about red I’m talking about pink I’m talking about no sizzle marks or anything, Not a single inch of any piece was sizzled fried cooked or anything just raw RAW Bacon damn it! Sucks so bad. So what now? I mean who’s left in town? I see that there’s a blue Roach Coach over there by raley’s. Is that my last hope for a good All American cheeseburger and fries in Yerington. What is there like five Mexican restaurants and four Mexican roach coaches in Yerington? So nine places you got nine Mexican food places to go to in little little old Yerington 9! Where’s the beer garden? Where’s the brewery? Couple beers and a burger! Doesn’t that sound good? Anyone anyone?
