We went here and were extremely disappointed. We ordered the family meal with egg foo young, chicken Lo mein honey chicken and bourbon chicken and added shrimp in lobster sauce. The egg foo yung was soggy and slathered in a ton of gravy, let’s just say it did not resemble food when you put it on the plate, the low mein was mushy and had no vegetables and a dark brown sauce, the honey and bourbon chicken were extremely dry like you could not even bite it the shrimp in lobster sauce came in a large soup container and resembled soup there were 8 over cooked shrimp and 3 pieces of fake lobster. We only eat out once a month because it is very expensive and it is irritating that we paid 62$ for inedible food, no exaggeration it could not be eaten. I used the online ordering app on their page, I included a tip and was told when I got there that tip goes to the app creator not the server. The only reason I gave it any stars at all was the lady that waited on us was friendly

My review is solely based on a reoccurring event. Anytime my husband and I have ordered food from here for delivery and we paid with a card, money has always been stolen from our bank account tied to the card we paid with! Fool us once and so on but we finally put the pieces together and it only ever happens when we order food from here, usually occurring the next day. New bank cards and everything. Don’t trust this place! An investigation is already in action.

Been ordering from this place 9 yes. Order 2-3 times a month. Always tip the driver as well. We spend over $50 each time! Fried Rice was burned and they told me bring back to remake. We paid for delivery ! $5 for delivery driver to come and pick up and will have to pay for delivery again. No credit if we don’t bring back. Woman told me the food was not burnt. I no what burnt food looks, smells and taste like! Lost a long time customer! Poor customer service!!

The food was old and nasty. Neither my daughter (who would pretty much try anything) nor I could finish the food. The rice was undercooked; the Crab Rangoon was hard; the lo mein was dry and the chicken wings were old and had very large feathers still in them. All I can say is gross. Then, they like everyone else, have increased their prices of course because of the pandemic but are still using old menus which I feel I’m 2 years they have updated their menus by now. It was the worst $30 I’ve spent on takeout food in a long time. Horrible.

I don’t write reviews unless I really feel I need to. Just received our order 30 min ago. If I could give 0 stars…. I would! Shrimp egg Foo young was completely burned. Fried dumplings-burned. Sesame chicken was so overdone it was rock hard. 50 bucks down the drain. We will never order from number one again. Only reason we did was because our normal place (great wall) was closed tonight. Very unhappy with our food here!!

Horrible experience! The Beef Terriyaki had a terrible spoiled funky odor and I had to discard it immediately. We thought the rice and sweet and sour chicken was safe to eat but upon consuming a small amount it made my family sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea.
