Screw in food alert!!
I have been coming to #1 wok for years. They have been great .
However today was another story .
I went in got food and when I got home
I found a screw in my pork fried rice .
I call them and they have stated this has never happened before ( but it did today !)
Went back in to handle the issue and they still expressed this has never happened before again okay understandable but it happened today and the problem is if I would have swallowed it we would be having a bigger issue .
Please just be aware . I have kids and thank god it was in my plate vs them . Or we would be in the hospital.

Wonderful food! I have lived by this place for 10 years and have never eaten there, I didn’t know what I was missing. There was a lady that came in there from Alva (having to drive by multiple Chineese establishments) just to get their carryout. There were many things that stood out in this place. The person that was working the counter spoke good english and was very patient. The food was cooked to order. You could see the people in the back cooking the food. The people waiting for their food were friendly and were very complimentary of the food. The menu display was all pictures of the food. The menu was extensive, and they were flexible about how you ordered it. They had quite a few people who ordered their food online and were able to walk right in and pick it out. One of the things that I appreciated was the way they packaged it up. Nothing spilled. Everything was well sealed. The portions were plentiful. The whole experience was excellent looking forward to going back

Everything was good , we live in Lehigh 4 min from Alva and this is the first Chinese take out I enjoyed in the area , all the places in Lehigh were not good at all . Only compliant I do have is that they charged 50 cents per hot oil and I ordered about 80.00$ worth of take out , normally places give you a free soda when you order over 50.00$ and sauces are included but times are rough st the moment so I get it … kinda but does rub you the wrong way .

I spent over $50 at this place and the food was so terrible me or my kids would eat. It would not recommending feeding it even to the animals.Attached is pictures of The food we did not even eat because it was so disgusting and the food on the plate in the second picture is the food I spit out because it was so disgusting

Best so far, still looking for a better place. I went in at 2:50 and asked for a lunch special and he said it was over. Told him I had 10 minutes left he went in back and then said ok. Food was good. Sweet and sour chicken was perfect but cause a little on the sour side. Ot the usual sweet flavor.

I’m sorry but the food was horrible. The chicken was like chewing gum or rubber. The rice wasn’t even like real fried rice. Not taste at all. I do no recommend one comes here. The girl in the front doesn’t say hi, just charges your card, and when you leave a tip they don’t even say thank you.

The Chinese food was really great. I have a good time eating there. For instance, I like General TSO chicken very tasty. The rice was nice, white and fluffy! I think the sauce was delicious. And don’t forget to get the pepper sauce in a little black packet on the counter.

I got crispy beef and it was anything but crispy. It was more like soggy clumps of beef with undercooked batter. I waited 25 minutes for it too. Would I go back? Probably not or if I did, I would just get egg rolls. They were alright. I got two egg rolls and asked for hot mustard. She gave me one pack so we had to share it.
