Drinks are $3 each plus tax, with an additional 12% “service fee” added to the bill.
No refills were provided.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Staff members were inattentive, unfriendly, and often standing around rather than assisting guests.
The food was equally underwhelming. While there were many options, the quality was poor. Items were served cold, tasted old, and were often overcooked. The crab was so dry it was impossible to get meat out, and the crawfish was served raw.
The bathrooms were in an unsanitary condition and clearly not attended to regularly.
Overall, the experience did not match the high ratings or the high prices. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I love seafood and this place did not disappoint. I love that they offer crab legs daily after 330 pm. That’s a huge plus bc I didn’t miss out on it and got to enjoy it on a weekday. The crab legs have flavor and they have salted butter. Expect cold crab legs but tasty.
They have tons of dishes and there is something for everyone. The servers were nice and polite and did amazing on refilling the drinks.
They give a 10% discount to the military, police, and fire departments. That also includes senior citizens over 60+ of age. Be prepared to show ID.
I gave 4 stars for the food category bc I took into account my hubby’s experience. He commented that most of the dishes he chose were cold and not hot for certain dishes. His opinion matters to me.
It takes a minute or two to get familiar with how they are set up. I had to search for soup cups and tiny containers to hold sauces. It would be nice if the little containers were next to the sauces. They do not have salt/pepper shakers, soy sauce, and chili at the tables. They come in packets and there’s a whole station for 2 kinds of chili sauces.
Overall, we had a nice experience. We will certainly be back.
Happy eating peeps.
Highly recommend this place. I hope that they keep up with the quality of food and cleanliness, especially the restrooms.
They do offer 10% millitary and police discounts. Seniors 60+
This place certainly did not live up to the height. I certainly was not thrilled about a 12% mandatory service charge for subpar service. I read a two stars because at the very least they gave a 10% discount for a military and first responders.
UPDATE:
i went for the second time and the place was even greater! The food options was incredibly insane! And i took more videos for y’all .. the wait time not that bad even
When you arrive, you have to pay before being seated, and a 12% service charge is automatically added to the bill, which seems typical for an all-you-can-eat spot. We got there around 11:00, and it was already quite busy. The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of seating, and I was surprised by the wide selection of food.
The main reason we came on a Sunday was that they offer seafood like snow crab legs, oysters, and sashimi. To be honest, the food was just okay—not amazing—but for the price, it’s hard to complain. They also offer a lot of variety. You can purchase soft drinks separately since they don’t include unlimited drinks.
One downside was the dessert selection—there were only a few choices, although they did have pre-packed ice cream cups. Overall, I might recommend this place to friends for the value and variety, but I wouldn’t come just for the food quality. It’s more of a convenient option if I can’t think of another all-you-can-eat restaurant.
