10/10 would recommend the wonton soup! Of course the ramen is bangin’ too. The pork ramen is always a winner and they give you so much food for the amount you pay. This last time I went I got a sushi roll and the wonton soup and it just made my entire day. Super fresh, great flavor, plenty of wontons and veggies all in the perfect serving size.

Flavor profile was good but the rice bowl was a wet soggy mess. Pointed it out to waitress hoping they would offer exchange or refund but was told thank you for letting them know and that they would let the kitchen staff know. My family had the ramen and they said it was really delicious. So I will probably be back but will stay away from any of the rice dishes.

I met up with a bunch of friends. Everything was fine until one of them found steel wool in their ramen. That was very disconcerting. They replaced it, but how did that happen in the first place? I”m knocking my rating down. I’ve never had that happen at any restaurant.

We had the tonkotsu ramen. I like it a bit oilier, but it’s still pretty rich. It’s best in cold weather. I got the mixed tempura, and their batter was light and crisp. The surimi (imitation crab) was nice, but I’ll just do the veggie only as the appetizer next time. It’s a lot of food.
I still need to try the Sprague location. Parking is good.

If you want good food and good atmosphere/ambiance visit the downtown location. The Newport location is very underwhelming, the katsu chicken was tasteless, the edamame was cold, the ramen tasted like bbq which is such an odd taste for a ramen or any soup for that matter. In regard to ambience/atmosphere, well if you go to a Japanese cuisine restaurant the last thing you expect is that the playlist playing in the background is country music from the artist Bailey Zimmerman, definitely an odd choice and not a good one either. The staff was great and very cordial, so no complaints there. Just go to the downtown location… the food is 10x time’s better, the ambiance is great, and the service is always top notch.

My spicy miso ramen wasn’t even remotely spicy, didn’t taste like miso, and it wasn’t even hot. And the pork on top wasn’t very good.

Not bad. Landed at the airport and saw the restaurant. Please with the food. Fried Gyoza, basil chicken and the spicy beef ramen.

I like the option and also enjoyed the layout of the tables (1 big one is uniquely shared – kinda nice family vibe). Waitress was very patient as to food allergies. I’m not huge on Ramen but would say a nice experience

Wonderful food. Service was quick. Atmosphere is always cute.
Coconut shrimp appetizer is bomb! So amazing. Brought a friend she loves as well.
I always get the chow main beef or chicken with GF noodles as they are better. Today was beef. Delish!
