Amazing food and energy. The restaurant was clean and a beautiful space to stop for lunch and some end of week note taking. I ordered the Miso Ramen and added Pork Belly. It was so good I added a second order to go for the weekend! They made the to go order so I could prep it at home when I’m ready to eat. ✨✨✨

Really cool’s spot and fun to try. The concept definitely piqued my curiosity. We had the spicy green curry, sushi roll, and braised beef. Vibe wise – very cool. Flavor wise – I wanted to really like it, but it was just okay. There’s flavor and it’s fine. It was a bit too oily on the beef noodles. Anyway, this is a women owned business and it sounds like a neat project they developed and it’s great to support small business. I wish them much success. I would come back and try some of their other dishes.

Wow! What a hidden gem. My husband and I stopped here on a trip from Pittsburgh to Philly. This is the kind of place you’d expect in a big city. Great flavor, large portion and well cooked food I’d ABSOLUTELY come back and this may be our new place to stop on trips across the state. I got the brisket noodles and my husband got the sweet and spicy ramen and added pork belly. Both were fantastic. We’re leaving happy campers!

A little gem in Bedford, very close to the Pennsylvania turnpike. The Udon noodles are excellent. We also had the kimchi cucumber salad which was really good. Perfect pit stop on the way to Pittsburgh from NJ/Philly.

Overall I had a lovely time here. Although some say the prices are high, this type of food is not easy to perfect and make delicious. We got the Thai shrimp satay, the potstickers, and I got the special which I forgot what it was but it was pork and something.
After spending a good amount of time in Thailand, the shrimp satay had a very similar and delicious flavor to that which would be made there. I just came back from Japan as well and the daily special I had was again similar in flavor and presentation which was delicious. Even after sitting in the broth for a while the pork was still crispy and delicious.
The pot stickers were delicious as well, and had a crisp that stayed the whole time we ate them.
The food came out hot and delicious and was more than enough to make us full. I even had to take some home. We also ordered the Thai tea which was delicious too.
Overall the price may be a bit high compared to other restaurants around, but the flavor does make it worth it. Furthermore, the food being fresh and hot right at our table is even more appeasing. I recommend anyone to try this place at least once.

We had the taro and matcha bubble teas, both were delicious and the tapioca was cooked properly. Neither were super sweet and decently sized and priced. The bao was absolutely delicious. Incredibly messy but worth the extra napkins lol. .y husband got the miso ramen and I got the garlic ramen. Both were absolutely delicious, but the miso had such a good flavor with a light spice that we both preferred it. I think adding a protein to either one would have only taken it to the next level but both were good without. Not sure if we’ll be back in the area but I’d definitely stop again!

I was passing through the area and came across this place. I was blown away with how good it is. I saved this resturant for furute times I pass through. I love the atmosphere, and the Ramen soup was incredible. The flavor was so darn good!! The sushi was nice large pieces of fish. I highly reccomend this! Thank you Nudl!

Such a pleasant surprise!! The freshest phö I’ve ever had. The ingredients and flavors were incredible; everything has to be homemade.
