Food was good and staff was amazing. He was very helpful and suggested us. He was also accommodating when we asked for smaller portion for baby. Overall it’s great place if you are in Palmer. The food can be customized in spice level to great extent and even traditional dishes can be modified to our liking and he suggested too. It was nice experience.

Nudee pho Thai in Palmer
This tiny Thai restaurant is owned and operated by a friendly Thai owner. It’s located in the motel. Even though outside may look rough, the food is made with passion. We had Pad Kaprao, green curry fried rice, Tom Yum soup and pad krukrik (tom yum noodle). The service was prompted. The embodiment of a hole in the wall is this place. If you are looking for an authentic experience this is a place for you.

Some of the best pad Thai I’ve had. We also tried the Wonton soup and it was good. Very attentive service as well!

This place has incredible food. We loved it. Our kids loved it. We have travelled all over the world and this is easily the best food we have had the pleasure of eating. A firm family favourite! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My mom is sick and wanted soup, so takeout was on the menu. The food here really hit the spot. Her combo pho was amazing (the broth especially, possibly the best I’ve had in AK) and my Pad Thai was delicious. Portion sizes were great as well. I will be back!

This place used to be our favorite restaurant in Palmer – even in the whole valley. New owners took over in May 2022 and sadly the quality has gone way down. I do appreciate that the food is ready quickly (take-out) and it stays piping hot the whole way home. Also, the staff is friendly. But the green curry is now watery and bland, the egg rolls are much smaller with less filling and more wrapper (but the delicious dipping sauce is the same!) and the noodles aren’t at all what they once were. We got take-out a few days ago- my husband ordered his usual, Pad See Ew and I got my fav Drunken Noodles. We asked for spice level 2 on a scale of 1-5 and both of our dishes were extremely spicy. In fact, that’s all they tasted like, just pure heat and nothing else. The noodles were very very dry, none of the delicious sauce we used to love so much. For over $41 for two noodle dishes and an order of egg rolls, it wasn’t worth it. I love local businesses and I’m sure these folks are doing the best they can but it’s a shame that things have changed. I don’t think we’ll be going back any time soon.

This is best thai food we had ever. The food was so good and comforting. I ordered a tom kha shrimp soup. It’s the best soup I had in my life. If you are someone who visit palmer definitely try this restaurant. The restaurant owner was so good and he customized few dishes according to our preference.
