My husband & I were there on a Saturday afternoon. There was one patron & the owner Rick.
Rick was also the cook, bartender & waiter!! He was also a good conversationalist! We ordered the pound cheeseburger, which we shared, onion rings & fries! The food was delicious !!

The food was delicious and the portions were big. Their Caesar salad was incredible! They make their own dressing there and it was divine. The owner sat and talked with us for a long while which was lovely! Nuby’s is a little gem tucked away from the busyness. Looking for great food and attentiveness? Burgers had great flavor but were a little o er cooked. Wings had good flavor. I requested extra crispy. They were not crispy at all.

My best friend used to deliver beer to Nuby’s back in the 90’s for his dad’s business. I’ll never forget when I rode along the route and ate a burger there for the first time with him. We went back several times. He passed in 2013. I haven’t been back in 15-20 years or more, but am planning on soon as the food was just amazing. I drive by sometimes and look over and think of the good times.

Nice roadhouse. Homemade soup and salad dressing were great. Very nice wait staff. We enjoyed it for a stop along our journey. We would go back. Next time, I’ll have a bigger appetite to enjoy a steak. Lots of things on the menu looked really good.
