I stopped in, because I saw they had breaded pork tenderloins. I ordered these to yet, but also the Reuben and Monte Cristo to try, fries and onion rings. The tenderloins weren’t what I was used to, being from Iowa, but very good, flavorful, moist, not greasy. The onion rings were amazing. My husband loved the Reuben and the Monte Cristo was good. Is definitely go back. When I walked in, I thought, “my grandfather and his buddies would come for food and hanging out.

Great friendly service cute place! Went for breakfast and would love to go back for lunch. Cinnamon rolls were amazing and they warmed them up with butter to serve. I bought some to go! Also loved the bacon, sausage, cottage fries, French toast, and biscuits. Cottage fries are like seasoned puffy french fries nuggets. Crispy on outside, yum! Would not order again (or recommend) the hash browns or pancakes.

Been coming here for decade and never a bad meal. The crust on the fried catfish is peppery and well cooked. The pork tenderloin has to be my favorite either by itself or as a humongous sandwich. Fried mushrooms are a must. And all the girls are sweet & helpful.

Group of 5 enjoyed a variety of items from their menu. Chilli, beans and cornbread and shrimp. Really enjoyed the Depot Double Burger with fries. And their special sauce for fry dipping.
They even had a train come by for us while we were dinning. Seemed like inches from the building. Nah, we just got lucky while there.

This is a neat little restaurant. I’ve eaten there a few times and the food has always been good. I’ve had their burgers which are big, their chicken fingers and their chicken fried steak and like I said it was all tasty. The food comes out quick and the people who work there are very friendly. Every time I’ve eaten there they have refilled my drink before I could ask them to and they always offer a to-go drink on my way out. Give them a try, you’ll like it.

If you’re in Nowata area it’s worth stopping at the Depot! I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious! It was a fried chicken breast not a frozen one! Would definitely go back!

The train occasionally going by is pretty cool. Their open faced chicken fried chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy is one of the best things you will ever eat in your lifetime. Pies are great too. Cant really go wrong here.

Great atmosphere, great food and even better service! The decor is western and railroad themed as it is an old RR Depot. They have daily lunch and dinner specials! I have never had a bad experience in this establishment. They are closed on Saturdays. I stop here just about anytime I’m through this area.
