We called in an order and it was ready and hot when they said… husband ordered the triple play burger and it’s huge, and he said it was really good and very juicy… I had the fried Boudain balls with fries and ranch and it’s so good and we will be back!!!

I’ve been to this location several times. This last timr the chips were not cooked all the way and part of the food was missing from our order. My opinion that the young staff need some stronger leadership.

We were heading to the sizzle because we had heard a lot of good reviews but they were closed. So we decided to come to Novrozsky’s. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries. We also ordered a bbq spud and onion rings. When we got the cheeseburger it had no cheese so we went up told them, they took it and slapped a cold piece of cheese. Then my fiancé took it back up and the manager asked if we wanted it remade? He said yes, we wanted for a while thinking it was being remade but when we got it back it was apparent that the put it in microwave and microwaved it so much it was steaming from bun and soggy. Along with that the spud was cold. Horrible service!

I’m surprised more people aren’t eating here. Thr portions were monstrous and delicious. I have never seen a potato as big as the one my mom ate. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was awesome. Just enough heat while not burning my mouth. The onion ring basket was killer, and could feed 4 people. Next time we will buy the regular size.

It’s disheartening when the staff is unkind. I just worked a long shift at my clinic and I was just in a tshirt and scrub pants. I have lived in Vidor for about a year and decided to try this place. The young girl who took my order tonight was incredibly rude but to me only. She was also scream talking so loudly to her coworkers, over everyone who was eating. Other people who came in who were dressed nice, she was nice to. I just smile and be nice anyway, I then go to get my silverware to eat my food… every fork was crusty with food. This place has the potential to be so much better. However I will not be returning.

I got the tilapia plate and sweet potato fries. I recently left a review complimenting this order but this is a disaster.
Tilapia was undercooked, I wasn’t given any of the house dance (which literally makes the salad), I got 3 CHUNKS of cucumber, and these fries are flat and burnt.
FYI Novrosky’s, fish is supposed to flake, not squish Consider changing the oil in your fryers as well!

Fried green bean was awesome but it was pretty oily. I love healthy turkey burger. Eventually, this restaurant have a good choice for a healthy and a foodie person like me. Lol

The food is really good here and you get huge portions so that’s a plus. Prices are also great. The only issue with this place is you see some sketchy food handling from time to time. I was here once when a guy grabbed fries that someone gave back to him that they touched and then put them on another person’s order, that was questionable but the older Hispanic man working the drive thru is a great guy and he is very helpful so I still recommend this place

Make sure your food is hot. I have been here several times, ordered different food items and always comes out cold. We had a burger this time, last was a COLD baked potato.
