My tour group stopped here for dinner when we arrived in Bowling Green, and we LOVED this restaurant!!
We all LOVED our meals, and we felt that they were very well-priced for the quality! They were each delicious, and we all talked about how pleased we were!
I tried a few of the autumn seasonal cocktails, and they each were so unique and yummy! We really were pleased with this stop, and have been raving about it for the past few weeks! If we are in Bowling Green again, we likely will stop in again!
Our waitress was lovely and friendly, and SO helpful. She had great suggestions, was super kind and patient, and she helped make our experience so fun! We had a great evening. Thank you! ❤️

First time eating at Novo Dulce and it was fantastic. Im not sure if reservations are typically necessary on a Saturday night, but we were immediately seated upon arriving with out a reservation. They have nailed the gastro pub vibe and atmosphere. The lighting was perfect and some music was playing in the background. The music is loud enough to hear, but just low enough to have a conversation at normal speaking level. Our server was very knowledgeable about all the menu items, specials and the wines on the wine list. The food was great too! I had shrimp and grits (see photo), my wife had the vegetable bowl. Both were fantastic and the portions were more than we expected. Someone at the table next to us got the pork chop and it looked delicious! Will definitely be back. We can definitely see Novo Dulce becoming one of our regular dining experiences.

Finally made it to Novo Dolce, but this certainly won’t be my last visit! Atmosphere is very inviting & our server (Derek) was amazing, making sure we were fully taken care of throughout the entire meal. As far as food & drink, everything we had was excellent. Pricing is fair for the portion sizes and you can taste that all ingredients are fresh, well prepared & seasoned just right. Overall, a great experience & one we look forward to having here again ASAP ✌

The shrimp and grits with the fried grits cake and the amazing sauce was some of the best I have ever had! So creamy and delicious! My husband and sons had the voodoo chicken and it was not goid. No spices like salt and very little flavor. Come for the shrimp and grits!

We stopped by mid afternoon for lunch after a work event and it was fantastic! The food is always on point! The Brussels sprouts were amazing, our table split them as an appetizer! They pico was so fresh. The bloody Mary was great and someone in the group had a Sangria that was perfect! We were seated quickly and the server was great

We really enjoyed our Friday afternoon lunch. It was our first visit to Novo Dolce. I didn’t care for the parking arrangements, but everything else made up for it. Our server was absolutely fantastic She knew every detail about the menu and was extremely helpful. I couldn’t decide what to order, so I ended up with a few things. I took my time, had some drinks and enjoyed the food.

Very good! Lots of unique options and flavors. Good appetizer, bacon wrapped dates. Enjoyed the brisket sandwich very much. Nice cocktails and mock-tails! Really good honey espresso drink. Chicken Elizabeth very tasty. Burgers overcooked a little, great toppings. Service was a little on the slow side, regular coffee was a little stale. Great atmosphere, very eclectic! Overall very enjoyable!

I had another wonderful visit at this lovely restaurant. Absolutely amazing food, great atmosphere and nice service. This time I tried their classic entrée, which was “Steak & Frites”. Beef stripes with house fries covered with delicious bourbon & mustard sauce. And all topped with grated parmesan cheese. It tasted very well and I did enjoy it very much. After a dinner we decided to try some desserts and we picked 2 for 4 of us: Apple Pie (very interesting mixture of sweet and spicy flavors) as well as Belgian Chocolate Mousse Cake. And the latter has immediately become my favorite one tonight. Absolutely perfect! Delicate and sweet.
Just visited today this nice restaurant with a friend of mine. And must say it was a good call to have a dinner at Novo Dolce. The dish I picked was Chicken Elizabeth, and it was really good. Fried chicken was tender and crispy. With vegetables and orange, bread and sauce, it was a nice combination of flavors. And the local beer (Blue Stallion wheat beer from Lexington) was absolutely awesome!! Never drank it before, so I did like it and will have it now more often.

Service was great! Food was just okay. I ordered the “chicken sliders” which was a chicken finger cut in half and put on a bun. You could actually see where they just sliced the tender right in half. I also ordered “sweet potato fries”. I was served diced up sweet potatoes. The best part of the food was the side salad.

The food and service amazing. I had the voodoo chicken pasta and it was top notch and my wife got the fish and chips and she said it was the best she’s had anywhere. The waiter did an awesome job staying on top of our table service and also provided excellent recommendations.
