We were craving ice cream late at night and stumbled upon this gem! The girl taking our order was so sweet and welcoming — amazing customer service! I ordered the Cookie Monster cone and wow… hands down the best ice cream cone I’ve ever had! My daughter got the strawberry and she absolutely loved it. Everything was delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This location is pretty cool, it’s not crowded, it’s like a hidden gem. The ice cream is amazingly good! And the service here from Leo and Jasmin are top notch! My husband got the donut with the Cookie Monster ice cream and added Oreos! And let me just say, that was terribly delicious!!!!! As for me, I got the strawberry with chocolate drizzle.. so good! If you love ice cream, give it a try!

Just wanted to share our awesome outing to Novel Ice Cream! My two daughters and I decided to treat ourselves, and we had such a fun time. The place has a great vibe, and the staff was super friendly.
We couldn’t resist trying their special—bourbon caramel toffee crunch served inside a warm, soft donut, topped with Reese Puffs. It was a game changer! We all shared it and couldn’t stop smiling with every bite.

I recently visited an ice cream truck next to Driftwood Coffee and it was fantastic! The vibe around downtown Peoria was incredible. I highly recommend trying the Snickers cup, it was the perfect mix of sweet and nutty. The service was quick and friendly, plenty or parking and you can walk around the nearby park while enjoying your ice cream or relax by Axiom, where there are benches, chairs, and a playground. It’s a perfect spot for a casual evening out!

Opening day was great. There was a long line but it moved quickly. The wait was well worth it. It was the first time my son and sister tried Novel. My son loved his Madagascar Vanilla cone with Oreo pieces. My sister said the Fat Elvis Dough Melt was delicious and loved the donut. We can’t wait to come back and try more flavors.

Love this place it’s a real treat for my family and even our dog with the pup cups! I recommend Rocky Road or Caramel Apple Pie served upside down with a waffle cone. The lineup changes and they offer superior customer service. Keep it up!

This place is absolutely delicious. My bf and I have come here a couple times before and just got the Cookie Monster. Tonight we got the Cookie Monster and the Thai tea, AMAZING!! I have never been to an ice cream spot like this and it definitely worth ALL the hype in the world. Every time Ive ever been the staff has always been A1 and very fast service. 10/10 would 1000% recommend
