What an amazing place to be nourished and flourish! The variety of dietary-friendly options provides a great opportunity for those with dietary restrictions to be able to eat out freely! We bought a variety of bakery treats. We also tried the pancake breakfast and were surprised at how delicious they were: perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The flavor popped with wholesome customizations of fresh fruit, real maple syrup, and pure peanut butter. The owners are so kind, generous, and compassionate, and they went beyond our expectations to serve and bless us with a wonderful experience!

Today, I got a pumpkin donut, vanilla sprinkle donut, brownie, chocolate/vanilla cupcake, peanut butter cupcake, chocolate chocolate cupcake, chocolate chip cookie, blueberry muffin, coffee cake muffin, and the enchilada bowl.
The owner is super wonderful!
Not only is this a perfect place to get VGF goodies, they also have VGF meals and juices.
Honestly, this place is a perfect place to study and relax while having a sweet treat.

I’m from Knoxville and wanted to stop by, SO WORTH IT! I got the indulge smoothie, so good very chocolatey the dill pickle potato salad, and the chopped Thai salad. I haven’t never seen a dill pickle potato salad, it’s delicious! Love that everything is real food that makes you feel good! The owners were so welcoming and friendly!! They told me about their pancakes on Saturdays, will definitely be back!!! It’s worth the stop!!!!

The food was so good and 100% gluten free plus vegan/dairy free! I had the Buffalo mac and cheese, molasses cookie, breakfast cookie, and the oatmeal cream pie. Saturday morning pancakes are absolutely delicious!! $8 provides a filling allergen-free pancake meal. What a blessing for those who have a hard time eating out because of dietary restrictions!! The donuts are to-die-for! It also offers a fantastic atmosphere, comfortable seating, and friendly service. I’d spend hours there if I could! I’ve never actually been to the store, but have only purchased at their remote locations. As a vegetarian of over 30 years, eating meatless can be incredibly challenging. And while it has improved over the years, most of the replacement meals are just full of soy based items.
And then there’s Nourish! This food is not only wholesome and nourishing, it’s aesthetically appealing and absolutely delicious! Tons of veggies and alternative grains in every dish! I’ve never been disappointed with any of my Nourish purchases. You can tell a lot of thought and time goes into creating each recipe. They are colorful and filling. I look forward to treating myself to Nourish for my afternoon meal after I’ve put in a hard days work. They have many convenient remote locations that they sell their product making it even easier for me to purchase!
