I had no idea that this place existed but I am so happy that I found out about it. They serve food that is not only healthy for you, it’s delicious too! They have vegetarian friendly options as well. They also sell bottles of organic wine along with a selection of protein powders and other items like that. They have a nice selection of smoothies, juices and coffee’s. They have a small outdoor seating area with umbrellas at each table.
Very delicious!

Nourish is a small, woman-owned, whole-foods Café. The food is lovely, fresh, and intentionally nutritious. The owner is a huge supporter of local foods, sustainability, and most importantly, of other women entrepreneurs in our community.

Nourish is one of those rare spots where you can bring your laptop, ask about the difference between maca and matcha without getting a side-eye, and eat food that actually makes you feel better after the meal.

The chili is a quiet standout. And don’t even get me started on the smoothies. Easily the best I’ve had literally anywhere. I would fight someone for the mint chocolate chip one, and I’m not even sorry.

You can tell every ingredient is intentional, and somehow, they’ve cracked the code on healthy & delicious without leaning too far in either direction.

The best part is the people. Genuinely helpful, never pushy, always willing to talk through nutrition questions like you’re a regular even if it’s your very first visit.

There’s something about walking into Nourish that feels like a reset. Clean food, calm energy, good people.

The food was dog water and I would be less upset if we were able to use our gift card but they said something about a new system and being unable to honor it at that time and said that they can next time, whenever that’ll be. They didn’t specify when. Which we will not be using any time soon because everything was incredibly overpriced and tasted bland and mediocre at best. Left the place with a bad taste in my mouth before I had even eaten the food.

We make a point to stop here every time we pass through on our way from St Louis to Omaha. Everything is fabulous with the entire menu being gluten free. So many dairy free options too and they serve reverse osmosis water! Class act with a serious commitment to quality. Owners and servers are friendly, hospitable and accommodating.

AWFUL & unprofessional !!!! Ordered green juice several meals and dessert. Didn’t receive any. Called spoke to manager. Wasted more of my time. Said they don’t care. They were out dessert and forgot green drink. Offered nothing. Horrible.

If you’re GF and love fresh food, this is your place. The cashew ricotta and falafel in the Pesto Bowl are delicious! I’m always perfectly satisfied when I leave here. If you’re unsure as to what to order, everyone is always so helpful with suggestions!

If you want wholesome, healthy and nourishing food, come here!!
I love that they have vegan, vegetarian, and omnivorous friendly food here. & it’s organic, free range, local!
If you dine in they serve everything in glass.
I got the Broadway bowl, a strawberry dream smoothies with blue spirulina powder & a strawberry cashew cheesecake. My partner had the chicken soup bowl, the detox drink, and a green cold pressed juice. The cold pressed juice is raw, not pasteurized, which is such a perk! I was super satisfied with my meal, everything was flavorful, the smoothie was nice and thick & they even topped me off with the little bit that was still left in the blender
There’s so much food I’d love to come back and try in the future.
Small location, but a very popular spot!
They even sell wine, healthy snacks, and other various health promoting items.

The food is good, the people running the place are nice but the accessibility sucks. Google claims they have curbside and fully accessible which it is not and do not offer curbside. If you need to use the ramp to get into the building you will smell and need to move garbage bins out of the way to get to the entrance. They don’t really have a parking lot so you either have to illegally park or park in the parking garage which is too far away to be considered accessible parking. I really wanted to be able to visit again but due to accessibility I will not be able to.

Delicious! I NEED to come back.

UPDATE: I came back 4/27/23 for lunch and ALMOST took a star off. Young lady at register seemed little arrogant with us. Was it because we were from out of town?? Didn’t loved what we ate, I wish she would’ve taken the time to explain us what each thing was as we were visibly confused on what was on the new seasonal menu. Didn’t event felt like taking pictures of our meal this time, so I skipped that part and we headed out as soon as we could.

However, given organic and preservative free food availability I am leaving this 5/5 review.
