Was disappointed receiving my food yesterday. I took some time to think about weather I should leave a review about my experience and I think for there to be any change that someone needs to speak up.
I called yesterday asking for my order. In my order I asked for a dozen veggie stuffers and I asked if they could stuff them extra. Any other amatos I’ve asked this request had no problem stuffing them extra for me. The lady I spoke to seemed short with me. She said she’d stuff them extra and I asked how many sauces came with a large order of stuffer. She told me 12… I knew this was wrong and rephrased the question. “So there will be 12 sauces with 12 stuffers?” She corrected herself and said it came with 3. I then asked for her to put 6 sauces down for us in total because I prefer mine with more sauce. She agreed over the phone and even though she had seemed a little hesitant I told her I didn’t mind paying the extra for the sauce.
When I got my stuffers not only were they not normally stuffed but they all were under stuffed with very little veggies and just bread. I had only gotten 3 sauces as swell and for someone who really liked going to amatos, that kind of disrespect is why I will never go to the Manchester location amatos again.
Congratulations in losing another customer.

We bought a large 14 inch pinapple/ham pizza. When the cashier said it was $18.00 I was not impressed but paid it. When the wife and I got home and ate our pizza, it was absolutely delicious! Worth every penny. Will definitely be going back. Thanks!

Had the cheesesteak w/onions, peppers, mushrooms, and I gotta say it was a very solid sandwich! Actually, it was one of the better cheesesteaks I’ve had in Maine in a while. It’s definitely in the technique, i.e., the girl who cooked it mixed the perfectly melted cheese in very uniformly w/the meat. It’s a beautiful thing when people make food w/love! Bread roll was good…definitely will order it again…wonder if it’s just that one girl has mad cheesesteak game on the flat top…lol.

Nouria needs to fix the phone system as when you call to place an order it cuts in and out and the employees can’t understand what you are ordering. When asking employees about the issue they said they have complained to corporate but they don’t fix the phone system. I find it hard to provide good service to your customers when you make mistakes on their orders because your phone system is malfunctioning all the time. And now they have added self ordering kiosks at the location and employees avoid you at all cost and don’t make eye contact to try and get you to use these Devices. Amatos has always been about the customer experience and I know that this is a franchise, and it falls on the owner of this franchise to provide the Amatos experience.

I have worked with Amatos in the past, even if from a different franchise, we all should be practing the same procedure.
My family and I love Stuffers. We get meat as well as the veggie stuffer for my child who does not eat meat. After ordering , we were standing to the side waiting for order.
I watched the associate filling the sauce cups from the meatball bins. Which is a big NO. I asked the young lady if the other one was filling sauce cups from meatballs. She said yes, that is how they do it. I know that is definitely no how it is to be done. I told the young lady that we ordered the Veggie staffers for someone who does not eat meat. And how sauces are to be filled with just the sauce, not from meatballs. For this exact reason. She smiled said she understood. Went to station and very grateful that she opened a new bag of sauce that they already had heating and made us the correct sauce cups.
I just hope she will relay the message on how they should be done, so those who don’t have meat, don’t end up with the wrong cups. To management, so hopefully the problem is corrected.
Food was great, just practices are questionable. Will be making sure we have to check sauce cups for now on. Which is silly I know. But to those that it matters to. It’s a big deal.

Ate at the other location and it was some of the best pizza I have ever had. This location did not disappoint either. They make some solid pizza, good dough, good sauce, and perfectly cooked. There was no point in trying other places. Amatos won me over with the first bite.

Amato’s pizza is hard to beat! The dough and sauce are delicious but also filling. This Amato’s is inside a Shell station. Strongly suggest calling ahead as it can take some time for them to make your order. The building was very clean and the staff friendly.

Honestly probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Barely any sauce with about 3 lbs of cheese on it and cardboard has more flavor than the crust. Absolute disappointment! Ate a piece because i was starving and my trash can ate the rest. I was actually waiting to look over and see the trash can had spit it out on the floor! Don’t waste your money
