I ordered meat stuffers at Amato’s on Sabattus Street and I’m honestly very disappointed with the service. I waited almost two hours for my food. I called to ask what was going on, and they told me it was ready but it wasn’t. When I finally received the stuffers, they were cold.
This is not the first time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. Waiting that long and then getting cold food is unacceptable. I’m really upset and disappointed.
Please do better because this is not acceptable

I ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza. I got box full of hot mess. They put way too much chicken, sauce and cheese. The pizza did not cook because of all the stuff on it. Also it wasn’t sliced. We also ordered meatballs and they were cold. I understand short staff, tough times, being patient, but this was clown shoes in a box at a high price. Do better Amatos.

They serve breakfast now. I ordered a Steak and cheese Breakfast Burrito, and an order of hash browns. Both items were incredible! The service was fast, and the employees were very polite!

Not sure if you’re getting your moneys worth here. Ordered a large ham and cheese sandwich and received a sandwich with literally one piece of ham on each half of the sandwich. Needless to say not very filling at all.

I ordered a veggie Italian and when I got back to work and opened it, it had ham on it. I’m not the biggest fan of ham I prefer veggie Italians I’m more concerned that staff isn’t paying attention. There are a lot of people who can’t eat meat due to dietary restrictions or religious beliefs so someone else could’ve not been able to eat it. They need to be more careful.

Went to get 2 sandwiches after a colonoscopy so I hadn’t eaten in 2 days 6 employees behind the counter not a soul standing in line we stood there for a few minutes nobody said anything so we figured we had to use those new kiosk. Ordered our food took them about 15 mins to make a veggie and chicken Cesar wrap ( no lettuce) can’t eat lettuce bc no gulbladder. I knew I should have checked them my mother’s veggie was loaded with mayo and she doesn’t eat mayo Ordered it without. My wrap came out with a whole salad on it. All the Cesar was on the lettuce so it was a dry chicken wrap by the time I was done it was just an overall bad experience won’t be back I can’t imagine during a rush or something.

Fantastic Italians. I like how you can substitute a veggie for say, extra pickles! Very easy to order via touch screen. The staff were cool and make excellent food, especially at a gas station!

This place is just lazy first we tried to call and place an order and they picked up and set the phone down on counter so I could hear them talking to each waited for 10 mins before hanging so decided to go there and order, got attitude and could tell they didn’t want to be working, then get home and all the food we order was under cooked. Had to finish cooking my son’s pizza since it was still doughy And my husband sausage sub was still pink. Needless to say they won’t be getting our business ever again!

The most blatant disregard for customer service I’ve ever received. It took 25 minutes to make an item that has never taken more than 10. I wasn’t told of a delay. The workers were unapologetic and dismissive, and continued to banter among themselves. When I finally got my food, it was made wrong and didn’t include marinara sauce. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
