The Amato’s in Carver is great, this one however is not very good. The bread fell apart, the Italian sliced meats were dry and the oven was off so I couldn’t get it heated. Thumbs down.

This place used to be decent, but within the past year their quality and service has been at subpar level. The
employees often makes mistakes on the order. The
last time I ordered a sub, I was extremely disappointed as the bread was so dry and falling apart. It’s sad because I see them loosing business as it is often slow with minimal foot traffic. I will tell you this that they make Subway look like a super star.

The food is amazing when it’s made right. The management really need to have the sandwiches made the way subway did it. Their system worked allot better. The food gets 5 stars. the way the food is prepared and paid for is bawords.

Zero stars. First the sign says they have pizza, pasta and subs…false, only subs. Have to run around the store to pay before they make your food. Took over 10mins for 1 sandwich! Then there was almost no meat on my sub, literally a single layer of meat! Don’t waste your time or money here!

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been in there around seven or eight times by now and honestly I think they’d actually made my sandwich correctly twice. The first time I got it, it was so wrong I called to complain. They corrected their mistake and I respect them for it. But since then it’s just been horrendous. I love Amatos and wish they were successful but this one is doomed to fail.

Was pleasantly surprised when I tried amatos. Their subs were very good, and staff was very friendly. Much better than subway!! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu.

The sign says grab n go. You go in, stand in line at the counter in the back until someone’s ready for you. Order. Recieved a slip to pay at the gas station desk up front. Go stand in that in that line and wait for someone to be ready for you. Pay. Go back to the back of the store counter and wait in that line to be served. Have your sandwich made and finally get to leave. Honestly looking for a grab and go like subway. Not looking to reenact the journey of Frodo in the The Lord of the rings. Way too long. Relatively worthless location.

Worst $15 bucks spent. We ordered two items,, had to go to the other side of the store to pay and then return to watch them frantically make the food in front of us. We waited and when we got home the food was all wrong.

Walked in at 730 trying to place an order, they apparently close at 8. Walked up to the order screen to place an order, got through one order to then be told “were closed”
