Forgot to grab a picture of the bacon egg & cheese but well worth it! Filled up with a large coffee and breakfast sandwich walking to downtown Easton. Happy I did so. Engaging people, good coffee and excellent food!

It’s an open kitchen deli. Pretty quick service, great old school vibe, couple of tables inside and out, good quality food and pricing. Never disappoints! I recommend breakfast sandwiches and platters. Love their hoagies and crumbcake. Street parking, but since it’s mostly takeout spots open quickly.

Noto’s Deli – I’m always on the lookout for those hidden gem Ma and Pa spots—places that are clearly looked after and where the food’s made with care. If that’s your kind of thing too, Noto’s might be right up your alley. Walking in, you’re immediately met with a warm, homey atmosphere. The place has that classic charm, including an old-school menu board and prices that feel like a throwback in the best way. At first glance, I thought the selection was pretty limited—until I realized I was only looking at one of three menus. Turns out they offer everything from Italian hoagies and breakfast sandwiches to cheesesteaks, milkshakes, and even homemade cheesecake. I grabbed a generously sized Italian hoagie with a bag of chips this time around, but there’s no doubt I’ll be back to explore more of what they’ve got cooking.

Finally. I’ve been in the Valley for a while now and this is literally the first place I’ve tried that actually knows how to make a proper Italian hoagie. I’m not sure why no one else does when a good hoagie is a dime a dozen in Berks County, but I’ll continue to patronize this deli when that mood strikes because it satisfied exactly what I wanted.

Went to Noto’s Deli in Easton after being told a dozen or so times to get their breakfast sandwich. Someone recognized me from TikTok inside and said I should try a cheesesteak. Hmmmm…okay! We got both.
The breakfast sandwich (BEC) was on a Portuguese style roll. A ton of egg on this, and I’d say an adequate amount of bacon. The ratio of this just didn’t feel right though, I would have liked either less egg, or another slice or two of bacon and another slice of cheese in the middle of all that egg. Not bad, not great.
The cheesesteak was pretty good. I enjoyed the meat and the seasonings. The meat to cheese ratio (no cooper, they use American) was good. The onions were larger than I like but they were sautéed enough that it didn’t mess with the bite of the sandwich. The roll though…was not a winner for me. It was soft on top of soft, and some people love that, but for me I need a crusty exterior to my cheesesteak roll. If this was on a different roll, this sandwich is a very good one.
Noto’s Deli – Didn’t Suck, but I’m not rushing to go back.

Noto’s food is amazing! I love their breakfast sandwiches, (home)fries, turkey clubs, cheesesteaks, and they are the rare find that sells one of my favorite Arizona drinks that are hard to find elsewhere. It’s service with welcoming smiles from their friendly lil family. A real Mom&Pop shop kinda feel, which means the prices for their food aren’t bad either since they give larger portions for less

I visited your establishment for the first time and, while the food itself was satisfactory, the customer service left much to be desired. A young woman with dark curly hair who took my order displayed a noticeably unprofessional and dismissive attitude. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect — regardless of how busy or small a business may be.
Customer service is a critical part of any business’s success, and negative interactions like this can quickly drive customers away. It’s important to remember that it’s the customers who keep the doors open and the paychecks coming. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses it appropriately to ensure a more welcoming and professional environment moving forward.
