This meal was 5 stars, but we ate here earlier this week and it was 3 stars.
Today, the malt and French toast were great. My husband got the chicken n waffles and liked it.
Last time, I ordered a basket of French fries. It was $6 for a small basket of French fries. I know it says they’re homemade which is cool, but they tasted burnt and lacked taste.

I ordered the lunch special, chicken cordon blue wrap with waffle fries. The wrap was really good, the waffle fries were overcooked. I mentioned this to the waitress and she asked if I wanted replacement fries. I told her no, but she made me some anyway. I was happy she did, the replacements were soft and much better. Excellent service, good food and zero wait on being seated. Had a water in front of me in less than one minute. I sat at the bar and ordered only water to drink since it was lunchtime, and the service didn’t get bad, as sometimes happens in other places.

First time at this location for breakfast. Was very good! They were quite busy and the servers kept on top of everything. Very reasonable prices given the massive portions. I had the chicken fried steak while my wife had the chicken and waffles. I must say, hers was incredible. I’ll be getting the chicken and waffles next time for sure!

We stopped for dinner and they just happened to be having a meat raffle. The bar wasn’t very busy but they only had one server on. I was really surprised how well she kept up.

Fun place. The bar and restaurant are completely separate, with no distracting TV’s on the restaurant side. The burger was good, the regular fries ok. The real winner was the Ruben with waffle fries – very tasty and great seasoning on the fries. Of course we had to spend some time with all the clever sayings posted about.

Hands down my favorite spot in the ‘sconsin was brought there by a friend and got to meet a bunch of great people over a few visits! The food was impeccable, everything I had was beyond delicious! The service was amazing, although while eating breakfast with one employee Miah, he made it clear the young buck in the kitchen didn’t know what he was doing.. but through the few simple mistakes he made, that wasn’t able to damper the homey atmosphere the cafe portrayed. I was even lucky enough to be there for my friend’s fire performance inside the venue!
On your visit, check out the super cool giant table that has burn etchings on it with epoxy coating! The man who did it, Wilson, is a genius builder and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing more of his designed tables in the dining area on my next time through!

I Was Told There Was Nothing Wrong With The Food!! I Told The Waitress I Couldn’t Eat This, After 15 Minutes Of Having It Sit In Front Of Me Nothing Ate, The Waitress Brought it Back To The Cook And They Both Got Upset. Keep This In Mind The Place Wasn’t Even Busy!?
