I’m not sure what’s happened recently, the food is great as usual but the customer service has tanked. We ordered earlier this week and not only did the gentleman over the phone get some of our order wrong (happens, no big deal) but the driver completely forgot my milkshake; on return the driver’s car had an issue on the way back (again, happens, no big deal). What was a big deal was them not telling us. I waited two hours for a milkshake i didnt get and they weren’t going to update us on willingly. And then the gentleman said he’d credit the milkshake to our next order. Okay fine. Except he didn’t. And when my mother tried to explain this to the lady she got earlier today she was promptly cut off and talked over. This place has good food and prices but their staff need to be retrained on communication and customer service.

This place treats everyone like family. I called on the phone and they treat everybody with such kindness and respect. Nicoletta answered the phone and she treated me well. The food was done quick and came to my house within minutes. Food was amazing, make sure to get the cheesesteaks and funnel fires.

We had the amazing pizza- truly the best crust in manayunk and their many topping options did not disappoint.
It’s clear the staff have a great culture by the welcoming atmosphere. I hope when you go, Victoria is at the till!
We brought home the steak stromboli which was #1 gigantic and #2 still pipping hot after our 20 minute walk home.
We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Their cheesesteaks say they come with 10 ounces of ribeye steak which is over a half pound of beef and the cheesesteaks are so skinny there is no way that there is over a half pound of beef in their steak sandwiches! There rolls are so skinny that I can fit my whole mouth over the steak sandwich. Stay away from their cheesesteaks they are embarrassing for a cheesesteak in Philly. There are so many better places to order a cheesesteak.

What happened to this place? Over 20 years ago was the last time I ate here. This place was amazing! Great neighborhood pizza spot. Today I goes back, don’t recognize anyone and 2 slices and a drink for $9.50! Pizza was nastier then the roaches crawling at La Rosa! If you’re in SP, stick with Pesto or Pizza Shack. You can’t beat it. Not just pizza, beat it!

Never received order. Had a time estimate of 25-35mins. Over an hour later and still never received order and they kept saying they were on their way. Had to have a an excessive back and forth with Slice to get them to cancel the order. Completely unacceptable. Will never order from again.
