Just picked up a cheesesteak, an order of wings, and some fries about an hour ago. When I got home and opened the cheesesteak, it was like the scene in the movie Falling Down. “Look at this sorry looking thing”. Long flat roll that looked like it had been sat on. And I shouldn’t have to add a laundry list of options to make it taste good, it should taste good right off the menu.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered food I spent over $75 and everything was awful. It tasted awful. It looked awful. There was no meat in the cheesesteaks. The penne pasta had no sauce on it and whatever sauce was on it was definitely not vodka sauce. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I will never order from this place again. We usually order from Gallery pizza, they know how to make a cheesesteak, Full of meat… best around.

Customer service is terrible. Order over the phone they give you attitude as well as in person. Food is not worth the hassle. Staff there seem to hate their job and take it out on customers spending money there. Multiple pizza places near that are better. Worst Chicken Tender Platter I’ve ever had.

Messed up my order last week! Gave me raw chicken fingers & came out twice with my wrong sauce I guess they didn’t have honey mustard! My mom called and Nicole gave us a credit for the next time we ordered. I just ordered $75 worth of food and Angie refused to give me my credit. Saying Nicole isn’t authorized to do that & was so nasty and would only credit me $1.50 for the sauce. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Now I have to check my food to make sure they don’t spit in it! Pics of chicken will be attached.

I’ve lived in the area for years, but the only thing I’ve ever ordered from this place is their pizza. I tend to go to different restaurants for specific items, and their pizza is, without a doubt, the best around. The crust is fantastic, and you won’t be disappointed if you love a great pizza crust.
I understand the importance of reviews, which is why I’m taking the time to write about the exceptional service I received today. I had a preseason tailgating event for my son’s college football team, where parents were asked to contribute food. Although I volunteered to bring two extra-large pans of garden and pasta salad, time got away from me, and I hadn’t even shopped for the ingredients I needed.
Feeling rushed, I started calling around to see who in the area could provide catering-sized trays. I first contacted another local pizzeria that I thought would be able to help since it’s a larger chain, but I was really frustrated with their response. So I decided to give Not Just Pizza a try, and I am so glad I did.
When I called, a lady answered, and I could tell she assumed it was just a regular order. When I asked if they offered catering-sized trays, she confirmed they did but usually required a couple of days’ notice. However, she immediately inquired about what I needed and what time I needed it by. To my surprise, she expressed that she understood what it was like to be in a tight spot and assured me she would work to get my order completed. She even mentioned that she didn’t have all the ingredients on hand but had someone out picking up some additional items, and she would reach out to them to grab a few other things, and honestly, who does that?
I called during the peak of lunch hours, asking for two extra-large catering platters, and she handled it without hesitation. If that isn’t going above and beyond, I don’t know what is. In contrast, the other pizzeria I called—no name mentioned, but it’s located on Cross Keys and Sicklerville—said they could provide half trays of each salad, but it would only be enough to feed about 12 people. When I mentioned that wasn’t enough, the chic simply said, okay and hung up.
The service I received here was exceptional. When I picked up my order, I was amazed at how huge the pans were. This review may be lengthy, but it’s well-deserved. I’ve always sworn by their pizza, and their salad was every bit as excellent. I should have taken a picture, but as soon as we opened the pans, we dove right in.
Customer service is key, and I am incredibly thankful and appreciative of the outstanding food and service I received today.

This place sucks. The food is terrible and the place is filthy. The fryer oil is changed once a week, should be changed at least 3 times a week for a busy place. I got panzarotis and they were over cooked and tasted burnt. The owners should have a sit down with the staff. I’m not getting anything from here again. Only did because of my daughter, who lives Tarantini panzarotis, but they were awful. They are supposed to be a light brown, these things were left in way too long.

I’m from South Philly and thank God they have this pizza place. I now live in Williamstown and drive to This location just to get the Pizza because every Pizza place I have tried in Williamstown is terrible.Not Just Pizza is definitely worth the drive to get something good!!!

Good food. But how many times can you mess up an order. Several different times, order not complete, the place is out of something that I ordered, or the order is wrong. I clearly said pepperoni on the pizza, not half plain, half pepperoni. They forget my soda every time. The last time, they said they would come back with it, and never did.

I’ve ordered from here on and off for many years. It’s been less and less over the years (went from monthly to 1-2 times a year) as the food quality is lacking and customer service is not great. It’s right up the street, so if I’m in a bind and need to get something quickly I’ll place an order here. Well, I ordered a sandwich today (hot roast beef) and it’s absolute garbage. Bit into it and there was literally no flavor, barely any cheese and has the consistency of dog food. I took another bite for good measure (and I’m starving), and had an odd aftertaste too (like metallic). I will never order here again. Pure trash. No idea how they are still in business. Waste of $$.

So I’m a bit disappointed last time we had gotten a lg pizza and thought it was kind of small, so this time we decided on a xtra lg and it looked like it was just a lg pizza only 8 slices for an xtra lg for a $20 dollar pizza? Usually xtra lg pizza have at least 12 slices
