So this spot offers an all you can eat option but you want to make sure you eat what you order or there is a charge for waste. I was not thrilled with the customer service. To offer an all you can eat you want to ensure you can fulfill the requests.
The food – the fried shrimp are breaded. A little too breaded for me. I did enjoy the wings and calamari. The seafood entree was good as well. It can be spicy so be careful on your spice level.
Would I go again? It would be a while. Customer service is big. My server was a new server but also seeing the interaction of others. Sigh. I also realize the challenge of offering an all you can eat option and the kitchen not keeping up with requests. Which is why I would try them again to see if the experience is different.

The crab boils were amazing! We’d been burned by other local crab places that have popped up over the last few years and were wary of trying another, but the other reviews convinced us to give it a shot. The quality was phenomenal. They were clearly fresh, the texture and flavor were perfect.
The potatoes and FRESH Broccoli were also delicious. The corn was frozen and mushy making it the only thing we didn’t enjoy eating at all. The hush puppies were OK, texture was nice but lacking in flavor.
Our son wasn’t interested in the work/reward balance of crabs and shrimp tonight so he opted for the wings. The 6 wings with a side was a great deal and the wings were suprisingly good, well seasoned, juicy on the inside – crispy on the outside. For a crab place, we were impressed. The sweet potato fries were basic frozen and fried, bit still good.
As others have noted service is slow. We sat with empty glasses more often than not. They do offer a 8% military discount. The server said the free Cheesecake we got was for my husband’s birthday but there was also a sign that said tables that spent more than $35 get a free slice of Cheesecake. Either way it was a very tasty piece of Cheesecake.

Today was my first time visiting this Seafood Spot. Went with a couple of my children. Service was great. Waiter was very polite and had excellent customer service. Over all, food was OKAY 7 ‘s out of 10… Could have had more food in bags. Onion Rings were popping.

The food was amazing at this restaurant. I really enjoyed the snow crab legs and headless shrimp. You can order a combination of two of your choosing at roughly $25 half pound or $44 whole pound. They had an all you can eat option on select items and days please call to verify. Get the boom! You won’t regret it. The staff is very slow and the service was not the best. But the food makes up for it just don’t go there if you’re in a rush. Tomorrow’s never promised , eat the crabs today.

The food was not that seasoned we had to ask for additional seasoning. The waitress messed our order up after asking for a pound of snow crabs and shrimp she delivered a half pound boil. Waitress also mixed our bags up with the wrong items and asked us to fix the problem. When waitress delivered our to go bags and boxes a bug appeared on our table. When mentioned to waitress she asked the manager to assist our table. The manager came over to explain to us that he doesn’t know where it came from and this “was the time of year for bugs” and they do get exterminated. He then continued and said he would take something off our bill as he quickly picked up the napkin with the bug on it (but not before I took a picture). He took off $10.
This place isn’t that great and it’s a bit more expensive than hook and reel just go there instead.

The service here sucks. My onion rings I couldn’t eat because it was so much grease in them had sit them aside luckily I order a side of hush puppies to go with my shrimp, then they brought 1 cocktail sauce out to share between the both of us and took 25 minutes to get another. The waitress never came to see if we needed anything service is poor will not be coming here again.

So this place gets 3 stars based on food only! The alcohol beverages were watered all they way down(I ordered a Long Island and it was the worst!.) They got our order wrong twice. My Niece got King crab legs and it was literally like just two legs and they weren’t very big in my opinion! Looked like a large snow crab leg to me.

Here weekly getting the steamed clams with the boom sauce. Mark the manager is wonderful and so is Shirley. Come and eat, sit in and enjoy- nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. I love my boil in bag with mild boom sauce…. Delish

We had a 18th Birthday party for my son and the service was amazing as was the food. Mark the General Manager was outstanding and Mike the server did an excellent job. Mike served over 25 people with grace and professionalism. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making my Sons birthday a success and the Dj did an awesome job too

Chileeeeee!!!! The drinks are 10/10. I’m starting there bcz that’s why I rated it 2 stars. The place has all of 5ppl in there and I was one of the 5. With that being said, I’m still tryna figure out why it took us almost ten minutes to be seated. There wasn’t anyone at the front to greet you and we were left wondering if we had to seat ourselves bcz of how long it took for someone to come out and say Hello. (Which didn’t happen, they just told us “follow me” )
Once seated it took 15min for someone to come place plates and ask if we would like anything to drink (ik, we should of left during the ten minute wait to be seated)
We were referred to eat here by friends bcz of the all you can eat seafood — that was a bust because they stop serving all u can eat at 7p.
The waiter was so dry, I thought he hated us lol.

All in all, this is a great place to eat if your looking for a real drink! Make sure you order a juice with your drink box it’s nothing but alcohol
