Mom & I went out to Bethany OK to sample what was in store on Friday 01/16/2026.
We were totally blown away by the two cheescakes we had while at the store and are excited to try the other 3 we brought home. Delicious, creamy, flavorful, sweet without being overpowered with sugar. The epitome of great cheescake!
At first glance, it may seem pricey. But when you realize a “We Cheescake” that serves two compares to the price of two slices of cheesecake at a restaurant for dessert, then the price is very reasonable.
The owner and staff were very welcoming, personable & friendly.
Already making plans to go back, to order ahead to take on a trip & order ahead in time for a birthday.

The owner was so welcoming when I went! I got 2 cheesecakes, and I’ll admit that they’re a bit pricey. However, the quality, taste, and richness makes them worth the price.

This is my second order! All I can say is WOW! For my first order, the 12″ strawberry, this order was The Sho and Big Momma. They literally put a peach cobbler on top of the cheesecake! Look, the cheesecakes alone are reason enough to never stray but add the customer service and you’ll never leave them again! They were more accommodating than they had to be for sure! I’m already getting another order together for a friend’s birthday!

Stumbled across this place from a Trip Advisor review and it was well worth the 30 minute drive. The cheesecakes were DELICIOUS!!!! We ordered the chocolate chip cookie and oreo cheesecakes. The inside of the shop did look a little run down and like they may have been remodeling but I’m not sure. They didn’t have any seating inside either. We planned on ordering them to-go anyway so that didn’t really bother any of our plans. They have a really good selection to choose from. Definitely recommend popping by the next time you’ve got a hankering for something sweet!

We went in with toddlers. We thought it would be a fun spot for them to experience cheesecake for the first time. Although they had seating & games available, we were told they had no forks. We could go across the street for forks. We drove from Tulsa. We ended up having to go to a coffee shop to even eat. Cheesecake tasted old. It’s was a very odd experience.

Couldn’t recommend Not Cho Cheesecake more!! Super wonderful staff, beyond delicious cheesecake. I did the walk in option and picked from what they had available. Every cheesecake we tried was delicious. We will absolutely be back!

Very good cupcake size cheesecakes and a variety of flavors. I also bought cinnamon rolls without frosting. You can add frosting if you want and have them heated.
