Such a great place to hang out, have your birthday party, a night out with your friends or a date. I decorated for this Harlem nights party and had so much fun. The vibe is very chill and not stuffy like a club. The cabanas outside have warm fire pits to set the mood. The food is amazing and the drinks are great. If you don’t know what you want the bartenders are very knowledgeable. This is also an Art gallery which showcases one of a kind true works of art. And last but not least there’s a full service dispensary inside. I’ll most definitely be back.

Good setting BUT not training your employees is possibly the most common reason for poor customer service. If you don’t provide them sufficient amount of training, they’re going to make mistakes and that will affect your overall business. We have been waiting for over 30 minutes to get drinks.

Came in to the area where the fire pit flames and sat at two seats waiting for our own party to show up. As we were eating and enjoying the seemingly nice ambience, we had another group of people staying to us they had reserved the fire pit area and we needed to move. When we asked to speak to a Manager, a pasty white lady told us the other party had paid for the fire pit area as a reservation. Stating we had not seen any reserved or reservation sign in the area, and we were waiting on our party. The manager kept stating they had paid for it and would accommodate us. Stating that is bad customer service and that just moving people off their seats just cause they paid for an area which had no signage of being reserved was bad customer service and bad for business. Obviously if you can pay more for the seats you have more power to move anyone from their seat. If the restaurant is that money hungry let them have all reservation only seats to be paid for. For such a great spot and ambience that really soured me on ever coming back. They Obviously don’t care about you unless you reserve and pay for a seat or two.

My party of 4 waited over and hour 1/2 for food. We didn’t get beans and rice with the tacos as the menu stated. One person at our table didn’t get her wings. And the other receive a raw burger two times. We asked for a manager and one never came to our table we end up sitting there for 2 hours.
