Very nice restaurant! Amazing idea to have it as a three house and convert a second deck for bar and table dining! The food was amazing! We tried the all you can eat shrimp offer available from Monday to Thursday. The shrimp with grits and fried okra was unexpectedly delicious. It was the first time for me to try this dish! Also the grilled shrimp was delicious and juicy! The fried shrimp was good but the other two dishes were even better! Our servers were very nice and helpful! Well done!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! The food is excellent every time! Vegetables are fresh, everything made fresh in house, have a local bakery for their crackers, bagles ect.

Service was great. We went off hours for a late Saturday lunch. Sat outside undercover on the first floor at a high top at the bar side area. Food came out quickly and was very tasty. Friends that we brought with us had never been and they absolutely loved all of their fresh fish options. Definitely a go-to place.

Lovely restaurant – we got there early so there was no wait, but we saw that it filled up quickly after opening. Service was fast and friendly, and all of the food was delicious – even the kid’s food! Upstairs is the bar area (21+) so we sat downstairs. The outdoor area was covered/shady so it’s not too hot, and they have enormous fans to create a breeze so it doesn’t get stagnant.

I ordered the admirals feast. Was decent but bland. The portion was very small. I didn’t think to take a picture until after I had started. We were in a group of five and two much larger groups that were seated after us were served about fifteen minutes before us. The cheese grits were good. The coconut shrimp was no different than what you get out of a box in the freezer section. The one stand out, that I forgot to photo, was the Zucchini bread. It was excellent. Overall was just middle of the road as a restaurant.

Wonderful place to have lunch. We ordered the she crab soup, seafood potpie fish and chips and chicken dishes. All were wonderful. We did get fried pickles as an appetizer and they took were fabulous. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining. Service was prompt and friendly. This place has been around since the 1940s and they have been serving the seafood potpie for over 30 years. Would definitely return.

There is a full sized restaurant located on the first floor with a fun treehouse on the second floor. There was live music playing on a Sunday afternoon and we were able to sit without a wait. Service was quick and friendly and went out of her way to explain the menu options to us. We tried the smoked devil eggs with fried chicken (it was really good!) and the coconut shrimp which was very good as well. We sat at the bar top overlooking the tree and street. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area!

We went there for lunch. The place is really nice. Staff was friendly and our waitress Alison was also friendly and informative with good recommendations. We started with the Smoked Fish dip (mahi fish) excellent for two. We both seen the Admirals Platter and looked no further, it had all the seafood we were looking for and it was made perfect. Then we tried the blueberry cheesecake and the key lime pie. Should of order both again to take home. We definitely recommend Norwood’s and will be coming back.

Food was just OK. Kind of bland for my liking. The waiter lacked attentiveness and charm. Nice atmosphere. Dessert was the best part of dinner.
