Just bad all around.

Pretty sure two staff members run the entire place. 10 minutes to be seated with only a few tables occupied. It would make sense if one of the two was cooking two based off quality and the wait. I presume it would be hard to pull things off at the right time while serving a beer in the other room, but maybe they do just have a bad cook.

The halibut is surprisingly dry. So much so that even while eating slowly, I still had to drink water in between bites just so my mouth wouldn’t be as dry as the fish.

The halibut tacos are $10 a piece.

They ran out of tartar sauce as a “seafood house”.

Lastly, the lime slices were absorbing the ink off the serving sheets they use and getting into the food.

Had a layover in ANC and was starving after our 8 hour flight. Everywhere was super busy except for this place so we decided to try it. Started the meal off with the calamari appetizer and had the wild Alaskan salmon mixed grill for the entree and it was delicious. The sauce that they put on the salmon was the best part. The portion size looks a little bit small but it filled us up surprisingly. The staff were great as well. Our waiter told us his favorite meal here and what he recommended. If you only read the bottom of this review get the wild Alaskan salmon plate. You won’t regret it!

I stopped in here during a layover between flights. The staff was very pleasant, quick, and efficient. The waitstaff was remarkable, made very good suggestions for food and drinks, and overall gave me a stellar experience. The bartender made an amazing drink-blood orange sunset is one you HAVE to try! It was the perfect combination of refreshing and helped calm my pre-dlight nerves. I order the halibut tacos and let me tell you they were the best I have had. As a long time Alaskan I have had the pleasure of trying many restaurant made halibut tacos and these were way above the rest. The taco shells were toasted -soft yet the slightest crunch. The add-ons were perfectly paired to give me a refreshing bite each time. And best of all, they did not skimp on the portion of halibut in each taco. It was cooked to perfection, flaky and delicious! Prices were stellar for the portion I received , and 3 tacos were all the food I could eat. Next time I go I am definitely saving a spot for their desserts because based on their menu I really was missing out not getting any this time around. 10/10- I plan to go again, and anyone who loves seafood or fish should definitely go give it a whirl.

Salmon burger was super dry. Salmon chowder as average. No wait and not crowded but it’s not a cruise ship arrival or departure day. Service was fast and efficient.

the staff was great. but the halibut and chips were like chewing gummy bears. I’m no Gordon Ramsey but I could tell something was wrong with the fish… the service was good and fast, but its almost 40 dollars for a tiny portion.

Rather disappointing experience. Service was slow. Food delivered at room temperature at best and only average taste/quality. We had fish and chips and the salmon. If you aren’t expecting much it is probably ok, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Sat for 12 minutes, famished. After the hostess greeted me from 20 ft away as I walked in….she continued to talk to her coworkers…or friends. Idk who they are… they are all speaking a different language. Reminds me of being in a nail salon.

I was about to walk out but turned around to ask if I am supposed to order from the bar because I had been waiting so long. There was only 1 customer there besides me. All I could hear was yap yap this, and yap yap that. ‍♀️

Ordered the Herb chicken sandwich.
Chicken is Thin and slightly dry. Im wanting a fat one for the price.

A small dab of the smoky Chipotle aoli on the bun….I had to ask for more. I dislike when the sauce of a burger or sandwich is a tiny dab, that’s where the flavor is. Uh ….derr

The looks 3 days old. Its done for. I didn’t put it on the sandwich. I almost complained but I’m just so tired. Ugh. Eeding to ask to get service in between the yaps….needing more sauce because my sandich had a drop…..Old tomatoe is not okay for the price. Fresh slice please. That’s a huge reason I get chicken sandwiches. I love .

Experience was not good. Im just listening to them yap and yap away. Yappity yap yap. So loud, no pauses, 3 at a time. Ugh

2 stars because it didn’t taste like crap.

When you go there, its not about you at all , but they do want a gratuity. Tjey are nice but the Service is not genuine. You know your just walking cash to them, that’s it.

Nice server but she was only interested in yapping away. I won’t go back.

Was in town for a day trip for Doctor appointments. Had little time to stop and eat. Was not impressed with stopping for quick lunch at Norton sound seafood. My daughter’s burger was cold and dry cheese on top. Fries were salty and also cold. The table behind us returned their burgers as well. He said they were cold and dry. They manager came to apologize, which was nice. Service was not good. The waitress came to give us our food and focused on other tables and the bar. I had fish and chips. Same thing cold salty fries , halibut thrown on top cold. I do not recommend this place, I do not like writing bad reviews but I know this will not be a place I stop by again. I stopped by there since it was close to TSA, had two knee injections and didn’t want to walk too far.

Great experience. My husband got an IPA that he sent back due to sitting in the line and being old. But…the Bud Light and Prosecco were excellent! Calamari was excellent and the crab shrimp roll was good. French fries were excellent. We are happy we stopped here to wait for our flight.

Only open restaurant late at night in the anchorage airport to feed us starving humans.
The food was decent but super overpriced specially the halibut . A tiny halibut with a few carrots and some mashed potatoes cost 40 bucks.
The other items had decent portions but pricey .
Our server was nice and kind though .

You can go to this place if you have no other options at the airport
