If you go here and your order is wrong, do not tell the manager/owner. He does NOT care. He will just tell you to go somewhere else! I have been going here just about every Friday for the past two years, am friendly with the workers, and have had no issues. The last few times, my order has been wrong. The first time I asked them to redo it. The manager was upset when I called and hung up on me. I let him have that. Last week, I had a pizza delivered and it was wrong. I ate it anyway and didn’t tell them. Last night, I ordered a cheeseburger. I asked the boy who answered to repeat my order to ensure it would be correct. I pick it up and it is wrong again. I called to let the manager know that I keep getting the wrong order and what is happening. He said, “I don’t know what is happening. Go somewhere else.” And he hung up. So I went there to ask why he hung up rather than offer to fix my order. He gave me my money back and told me go somewhere else. How do get angry with customers who frequent your establishment week after week when they told you what you gave them is not what they ordered? He is the rudest person/owner I have ever encountered. He should have offered to fix the order and move on. Nothing more. Do not go here. He is RUDE! God don’t like ugly, sir. Karma, wait and see!

Best Local Pizza place in Norton. Owners are absolutely delightful and always treat the customer right (me). I enjoy everything they make but, especially the chicken salad.. I’m not sure what they do but its without doubt the best chicken salad sub I’ve ever found. I eat it everytime with this dumb look on my face like, Wait, it’s just chicken salad… it can’t be this good… hold on… no, yes. It is. wait, it’s just chicken salad, it can’t be this good. Let me try again. No, Yes. It’s that good but wait, it can’t be this good. Let me try again.. No, Yes. And the cycle is complete until its gone. Then I think about chicken salad which is odd, but its that good. No, YES

the salad was really good and i normally always order salads from here but i think there needs to be more cleaning done inside because as i was HALFWAY through my salad i found a fly on my piece of lettuce i threw up and i’ve absolutely lost my appetite.
