We went in on Saturday 11/22 for a late lunch. We live in Priest River, but this has always been one of our favorite spots, so if we are in the area, we try to stop in. This visit was extra awesome. Our bartender/server was Emma. She was very personable and attentive. The owners are always warm and welcoming, too. The chicken fried steak was amazing! We love the relaxed, rustic atmosphere & the food is always good! 5 stars all the way around.

Was doubting the other 1 star review so we decided to try this place out for date night. Sadly I have to agree, the company was rude (old and drunks) , pizza was meh and service was slow. We are not sensitive people and this has to be the worst dining experience we have had in this area. My first one star review ever.

Went in for a quick bite on Sunday 6/29. They open at 2pm on Sundays. At 2pm Emma and Arissa were ready to go. No waiting for fryers to warm up, beverages were iced and ready to be served. These young ladies had it going on. I had my food and drink almost immediately, and it was so good. Thanks for making my day.

Growing up in Naples, it feels like home, and Roger, Laurie, and their amazing crew make it even better. They’re so welcoming and truly staples in the community. Their commitment to giving back and hosting events or benefits for locals is heartwarming and inspiring. As for the food, it’s all fantastic, but we especially love their pizzas—they’re always a hit! Took my family to try the Northwoods Tavern. It definitely has a small town unique feel to it. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The waitress /bartender was super nice and was super busy but still made the rounds. I heard rumors and stories about the food there. Well, im here to tell you that it lived up to the hype. Pub style food with a hometown feel. Clam chowder is AMAZING. The burgers were tasty. The kids loved the pizza. I would recommend this place.

OK bar until the locals get drunk and decide to interrogate you about why you’re there – then get hostile if they don’t like the answer. One of the bartenders favors the drunken regulars to a fault. Wouldn’t recommend the place for anyone who’s not hopelessly stranded or tragically local.
