We picked this diner for a Sunday brunch, went there around 11am. They had a huge dining space, so we got a table right away. The interior was modern, full of sunlight, and cozy setup. It turned to be the Jazz Sunday, which is second Sunday of every month. The band was right in front of us and performed multiple songs. I recognized the spiderman and pink panther theme songs.
The menu was huge, full breakfast, brunch and regular lunch (after 11am) dishes. They also had lots of specialty drinks and shakes. I ordered the trio fajitas. It took about 20 minutes for the dish to come out. Among the trio, shrimp was my favorite, followed by chicken and beef. All them were mixed delicious grilled onion, peppers and sauce. The corn tacos were soft. Cheese and guacamole were decent. The freshly squeezed OJ was tasty. The crab cake Benedict was a good dish. But the pizza could have been better.
The server and staff were very friendly. The jazz band interacted and took pictures with us. My family and I had a wonderful brunch here. We will try to be back to catch one of jazz performances in future.

This place has a good old school vibes. It is not modern but feels comfortable and good is okay. Not a huge fan of pancakes here but their sandwiches are good. Also servers were visible and asked if I needed anything often whole I was here and refilled my coffee many times.

I honestly think these 5 star reviews must be fake or from people who don’t know about good food. My friend and I walked in Saturday night to eat dinner and we decided to get “nachos” as an appetizer and we received a plate of store bought chips with a load of cheese, onion, and tomato. The guacamole tasted bottled also, 2/10
I ordered a “Greek chicken” wrap and it tasted like nothing. It was just unseasoned chicken with feta cheese, no taste of it being Greek at all. On top of that when my friend asked for a soda refill, the waitress took only about 15 min to bring it, mind you they were not busy at all. They also have a board in the entrance where they have 50% off apps, 9-11 and the waitress didn’t honor it.
In all honestly our tab wasn’t worth $80 but that’s on us for going based off these so called reviews. I DO NOT recommend if you want an actual pleasant meal.

First time in this Diner and so far became one of my favorite! Since walked in you feel welcome. Everything was neatly cleaned and organized. The waitress takes our order very quickly and the food arrived on time. The presentation of the foods was great, but the smells and flavors was amazing, so delicious. Good prices for the portions and the menu its varied for all types of food and desserts lovers. This place its a 10/10!

I went here for the first time with my coworkers. I absolutely love diners and this was a great one. The service was very kind and quick. The food was very well prepared. I had a chicken pesto panini with chips and they were super delicious! Definitely coming back here the next time I’m in the area!

Forgive my brevity Northvale Classic Diner, you deserve a lengthy review. I’ll keep it as short, and sweet as your all American Cuisine. Good food, but not greasy. Fantastic selection, some international dishes too. Alcohol, chocolate, desserts, cakes, to go, etc. Good service, and a willingness to please. Well managed. Spacious, clean, and gender specific bathrooms. Wheelchairs…I THINK there’s a ramp. Adjacent parking lot. Open late (by local standards), and did I say – good food? $$ out of $$$$$. I would recommend Northvale Classic Diner!
