Are here for brunch. The food was amazing. The service at the bar is why I kept the star. Everyone was kind, however, they gave more and longer attention to the regular patrons. I wasn’t wanting to talk, I just wanted my order put it without all of the chatty delays. I ordered pancakes and the mushroom frittata. The mushroom frittata was amazing! The potatoes were the perfect balance and so were the greens. As always Northstar never misses with the food. I will DEFINITELY return for this meal.

I have never gave a 1 star for food before, but the flavor of the Vegetarian Enchiladas was both a very odd flavor that did not pair well, and it was overly spicy for no reason. I am Indian so I have much experience with spicy foods right out the womb; however whatever spices they used bothers me, I can still feel my lips and mouth burning 25 minutes later on my drive home.
It’s a shame that food was subpar because the layout of the place is pretty. The plus is that they did make this food fast, within 10 minutes, but that’s also probably why this dish was not tasting well… I would order other vegetarian options, but I would definitely not order this again. I don’t think these enchiladas were worth 19 dollars. I will probably not return at night, but perhaps I would go back in the daytime and update this.

The food was delicious! The service was a little odd because before we ordered, a server was there talking to us and said even though we ordered at the counter, she’d be around to check on and take care of us throughout our experience, but after getting our food, we never saw her again. We wanted waters and had to go get them ourselves. Which was fine, just not what we were expecting. But the food was so good! Especially the mason jar carrot cake. I also got the Thai burrito and I loved it!

A delicious experience! My chicken avocado sandwich may have been the best one I ever had! Chicken was so tender I wanted to kiss it! The avocado and pepper on it play like a beautiful love ballad and it was a good size! The pizza was surprisingly tasty! Crust was fluff. Atmosphere is high end cafe

It’s been a long time when we couldn’t find a nice place to visit. Very cool place to stay, we had breakfast there, unforgettable, everything is so tasty and very unique, not usual American food. The interior design is very futuristic and simple, in a good way, it was not extremely expensive, everything was cost friendly.

Had breakfast here. Good quality ingredients and well prepared. Fresh bread and orange juice is on point. Overall, my only negative sentiments were based on personal preference. For example, the order at the counter and sit down situation seems inappropriate for such a nice restaurant. Also, I ordered 6 eggs and they came out on three separate plates, which was strange. With all that said, I highly recommend the place and would go back.

The food was delicious but the service and space really make this place great! The Northstar veggie burger was homemade with fresh ingredients and very tasty. It is also served with a salad. We also had a pizza, which was fine but not special. Our guest loved the Pad Thai. The service was outstanding. The food arrived very quickly despite the crowd and there were staff constantly circulating to remove empty dishes and accommodate any requests. The counter staff went above and beyond to understand my food allergy and make sure the order was handed appropriately.

Random brunch stop today and we were very impressed! You have to order at the counter and find your own seating after but the staff is very friendly and effect. I recommend the Sunrise Burrito! Easy to get in even with a long line when we arrived.

We’re brunch regulars at Northstar Café for a reason, fresh food, great atmosphere, and reliable favorites. A few extra vegetarian options would take it to the next level, but we still keep coming back because it’s just that good.
