Stopped by Northside Kitchen in the morning. The Americano was smooth and well made. Tried a cronut and a classic glazed donut — the cronut was rich and buttery with the glaze on the outside, and the slight saltiness of interior worked nicely with the sweetness. The glazed donut was simple and well executed, soft light on the inside without being heavy.
The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and everything moved quickly while still feeling welcoming. You can tell there’s care and consistency here. A great spot with genuinely top-notch service. Well run and well trained.

The eggs Benedict was good but what throw off the whole experience was our waiter and the entire customer service. She was very unprofessional and didn’t seem like she wanted to serve us. She had an indirect attitude towards the service. We asked to split the bill. Into 50/50 since we had 2 credit cards. She was not around and always missing when we need her, we told a different server – she said she’ll tell our server about the split and she’ll be right back. She came back without asking us anything and already SPLIT the bill in the most incorrect way. She took 80% from my friend’s card and 10% from mine. For what? We didn’t agree to this and she also didn’t come back to inform us. We asked her why she said we cannot do 50/50. Ok? Why not tell us before taking the cards??? We ended up wanting to speak to a manager and then another lady whom she claims to be the supervisor, thought she could help us but it was too late and we didn’t want to reverse the charges cause at this point we wanted it fixed the first time. The supervisor was not helpful at all. The experience was horrible and the staff had the most nastiest attitude.

My two kids (10 & 9) and I had a wonderful meal with perfect food and service after a great day of skiing. Mathew was so great at making my kids feel apart of the experience. Matthew even drew a figure on my son’s menu that he got to finish into a dinosaur that made him smile big! If they have the black cod I highly recommend it, the pretzel appetizer was a huge hit, and the skillet cookie and Sunday was the perfect end to a delicious and delightful dinner.

This place was amazing. Give a shout out to our waiter gallo he was on top of it. I would definitely recommend getting the fillet I am one of those people that like mine more cooked than anybody else and it was cooked perfectly, probably one of only three places to cook my steak perfectly and I have been to a lot of places even over steak 48 in. All of the staff were very friendly and eager to help. We had the tiramisu and it was extremely good.

I ordered the salmon dinner and substituted gnocchi with sweet potatoes. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the vegetables complimented the dish. I had the chocolate cake for dessert – a dense fine chocolate – Yum! Galo, our server was very friendly and did a fantastic job. I vacation in Avon often and highly recommend the Northside Kitchen for dinner during your travels here, or if you are just passing through.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Matthew was a phenomenal server — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. He elevated the entire evening with his recommendations and attention to detail.
Every dish that came out of the kitchen exceeded expectations — beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. It’s clear there’s real pride behind both the service and the food. We’ll absolutely be back.

From the outside, the North Side Kitchen seems unassuming and a basic eatery. Don’t be fooled. The food is delicious, the service was exceptional and the drinks were well made. We were pleasantly surprised with the flavors of our meal while the antibiotics was not pretentious. The Bolognese was excellent as was the winter salad. Matthew our server was engaging and provided us with great recommendations. We’ll be back!

Read some reviews about this place, and they weren’t wrong… amazing breakfast! We had bacon, fried eggs, hashbrowns, and a breakfast burrito for the adults, plus pancakes with bacon for the kids. Also you see pictured here what’s left of the best mocha latte I’ve ever had! Even got donuts to take with us, which were also incredibly good. Don’t miss out on this spot if you love breakfast!!

Went to this beautiful restaurant / cafe for breakfast. They have huge range of pastries and donuts. All fresh. Had french toast which we loved the most. I think this place is one of its kind in Avon. Definitely going again if we stop by there.
