This is the coolest little diner! Went here for the first time today. Love all the retro pictures and signs. The service is outstanding, and the food is AMAZING! I highly recommend the French toast. I’m not sure what they put in the homemade recipe, but it’s VERY GOOD! You have to check this place out.

I found a Cute LiL Hidden Restaurant by the train tracks.. We walked inside and were talking back to the 1950s.. There are 2 entrances 1 in the front & 1 on the side. The owners daughter waited on us and was Very Nice. . We ordered breakfast, which was Delicious.. I had the eggs, toast, bacon, and tater tots. My meal was hot and delicious.. She had the waffles topped with strawberries. She said her waffles we’re Hot and Fluffy.. We will definitely return again, especially when we notice desserts in the case. Thank You for Breakfast ✨️

Large portions with very fair prices! Staff was attentive. Downtown Chesterton near the tracks. They are working on a new lunch menu, so excited for that. Plenty of options to choose from for breakfast and lunch. Food came out rather quickly. Cute place.

I really like the small town feel of this restaurant. It reminds me of going up north in Michigan and stopping at a mom and Pop place. Friendly staff and great food. I’ve never had tomatoes in a western omelet and I have to say it was great idea on there part. If I’m ever in Indiana I will stop back by.

Service was great. The atmosphere was like the old 50’s diners. But the food was even more amazing. The price was comparable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Just like the good old days.
