We went to the diner yesterday for Thanksgiving. There were 7 of us and were seated very quickly. They were busy & of course running around like crazy. They asked for patience & we spent time catching up with each other. They had a special menu for the day and most of us got the turkey dinner. I was very pleased that everyone in my group enjoyed their food. I knew it would great but they had not been there before. All the food was fresh, hot and delicious. The atmosphere was so pleasant. Not a lot of people to drown out our conversation. I would do this again next year. So nice having someone else cook & clean up.

We had a great meal here,but what really stood out was the service. Our server Jeanette made great menue suggestions,and made us feel very comfortable . It’s rare to find service that genuine. Highly recommend this restaurant.

With the multiple changes in ownership throughout the years I was hesitant to give this place another chance however I am happy I did. Run by a mom and daughter the menu is expansive with all the expected dinner food. service was attentive and friendly , portions were good and food was hot. We will be back .

I’m glad we stopped in for lunch. Classic diner decor with classic diner options. Food was worth the small wait time. Even the coleslaw was good!! My only complaint was I wanted more fries lol. My mom wanted the turkey burger but since they were out she got beef and she didn’t regret it. We will be back. Thank you!

Family eatery!! Looks brand new inside. Spotless! You can eat off the floor. Quick service. Enjoyed reasonable priced meals. ( 2 full meals under $50.) Home made Sauce on pasta. Fresh turkey on other platter. Quality more restaurant like than diner. Top notch.

Do not be dissuaded to go inside. Not a lot of cars in lot on Sunday night. The diner reopened under newer family management. People need to learn how good this place is.
Location is on Shore Rd , a few blocks South from Black Horse Pike. Also near Mill Road. People don’t drive by it & stop like most diners. It’s not on a visible highway. Get your Google map out.

(10/31/25 morning time) Food is great, pricing is about what you’d see at any diner these days. My family was excited about giving this place another try after so many years but the service was God awful. Lady in what I’d assume is around her 50s has a horrible attitude and is the reason we will not be coming back, not even just to us but overheard to the only other customer there as well. If I wasn’t very pregnant & able to make it out with them and experienced what they did, she would NOT have received a tip that they reluctantly gave after also being accused of trying to leave without paying & certainly would’ve heard a lot from me. Way to ruin a good time. No wonder it’s empty.

Always drive by this place and never see any cars. Always wondered how that could be. Good location.. It’s a diner. There must be a reason. Finally decided to go in and can honestly say there is no good reason this diner doesn’t have more business. It is a perfectly fine diner to eat. I had figured that the lack of customers probably meant it was a laundering job. Maybe the mafia. Who knows? Seems that’s not the case. The food was very good. My wife had the French toast which was some of the best I have ever tried. I took a weird picture of my corned beef sandwich as you can see (attached). Waitress was nice. We were 1 of 2 guests. In the entire building. but they were ready. The wait for the food was very brief. It was hot and fresh. I gave a perhaps ‘bit unfair’ 4 for the food because as far as diners go, it was that. I honestly didn’t think there was really even going to be a menu. Just enough on the outside to cover up the real purpose of the operation. No. The atmosphere is easily a 5 because it was very diner-like, clean and spacious. And it was like they opened just for us. Certainly if you have read this far, you are going to go to this diner and you’re going to like it.

So I was kinda hesitant going in because the parking lot was empty. Figure no cars must not be good food. Talked to the owner when we went inside. She said when there are no cars outside ppl don’t come. I admitted to almost leaving for that reason. But i was glad we stayed. Got a nice crock of French onion soup. Was so yummy the cheese pull was serious. Ordered a california wrap and disco fries. Let me tell you about those fries. OMG crispy and covered in gravy and cheese which was delicious! My sister got a gyro. We both was so full but couldn’t stop eating the fries.
