Horrible customer service and scamming website. I tried to place an order online and the website declined it but still took the money off of my card. When I showed the employee he said well I don’t have your order so there’s nothing I can do. Did not even attempt to call a manager and get this sorted out. I DoorDash so I don’t live in grimes thats just where my shift ended and it was already late at night I had to go home hungry. I worked in that exact location when it was Pizza Hut and have never handled a customer that way. Literally stole 21 dollars from me. And I see the owner only responding to 4 and 5 stars reviews and not to any of the people who actually had real issues with this store, what’s up with that??
EDIT: Replying to the owner – Obviously I did not get an email confirmation if your website did not put my order through! It has never taken this long for my bank to refund something like this I’ve been talking with them as well. If you don’t want to rectify this situation then just say that. But I will not be ordering from this location again and I certainly will discourage anyone else to as well. Another pic attached
EDIT: I still have not received my money back so if this charge has not been put back into my bank account I’ll be at the store. And the way to rectify a situation where your employee was rude and a customer feels they are being treated poorly is to ask them how to make the situation right. Not by replying to this comment being condescending. Northern lights has quickly become the last place I’ll ever order from.

I had a friend show up on a Friday late morning and they wanted to order delivery pizza. I suggested Northern Lights Pizza and they were 100% on board. They explained that the Northern Lights Pizza in Newton Iowa had closed and they were very disappointed it had as the pizza was exceptionally tasty. So we ordered a large meat lovers pizza and 2 large orders of naked wings with dipping sauce. All arrived within 30 minutes PIPING HOT and the delivery person was very friendly and a great communicator who had a funny quip about my little dog barking. All a very positive experience and the food was delicious and perfect. I will recommend Northern Lights to family and friends. I will definitely order again and again. Thank you for the great service and please stay in Grimes. You are appreciated!!

Ordered delivery from new Grimes location. It was late and therefore the pizza was not hot. Cost was too high $25 for a small 8-10” pizza. Pizza was delicious and prepared as we wanted it. But high cost, showing up cold were negatives.

Always fantastic food and service. Your app is a little difficult to navigate, with coupons. If you select a coupon, it does not often apply the coupon. The Associate at the store, usually has to do it manually and I end up having to call in.

Northern Lights is always our go to on a night where plans change and we need dinner quickly. The quality is always great and even better, consistent. From the hand tossed pizza to the Scooby snacks, we enjoy it every time. The taco pizza is also fantastic!
