Honestly i am Absolutely disappointed with the food from this locatjon.. I order 3 pizzas (cheese, Hawaiian, and supreme) and an order of breadsticks. All three pizzas were soggy, lacks flavor and sauce. The crust were super soggy, even when folding a slice, it won’t hold. Had to eat them with a fork. The supreme pizza was unrecognizable, there’s barely any olive, green peppers, onions.
Never had issues with the hubbell location. The altoona location is absolutely horrible and I don’t recommend buying anything from the location. Please stay away and choose Casey’s or Dominos or even pizzas hut.

I love this place! The pizza is amazing!We order once every two weeks. Great price and always done right.We order takeout.It’s always done when we get there. I get the thin crust, Italian sausage and green pepper with lots of sauce and that not that much cheese.. It’s amazing!

On December 20th, 2025, After having the worst experience, I have ever had at the Hubbell Northern Lights and being told to “go somewhere else,” this store went above and beyond their duties to make our night better. The guy who answered the phone initally told me my order would take a half hour, after explaining the situation at the Hubbell store. This store rushed our order and had it ready for us before we could even get to the store. As soon as our food was done, the guy who took our order called me to let me know it was ready. Our food was fresh and hot even after the 10-15 minute drive home. The crew at the Altoona store just made the whole situation better and I am so thankful for this crew tonight. They even gave us information on how to get ahold of corporate to file an official complaint. I will Always go back to the Altoona store and do pick up before I EVER go back to the hubbell store.

I ordered a pizza at 4:55 PM for $24.99. It didn’t arrive till after 7 PM. The pizza was cold, apparently staff cannot give a refund.
I really don’t want store credit as I don’t want to wait over two hours for cold pizza again. I have had hit and miss experiences from this location. This was probably the worst.
The picture is how cold the pizza was noticed nothing is running off and all the cheese is solidified.

Ordered food. For 2 pizza and breadsticks over $60. Yet took almost 2 hours to be delivered.
When calling the store after an hour and a half all we got was “Idk what to tell you it’s my guy is on their way”
Food might have been good if it was fresh but guess I’ll never know. Skip Northern Lights just order from Dominos or Pizza Hut you’ll get it faster and a heck of a lot cheaper.

Workers not wearing gloves, had asked about the free bread promo and they had no idea what I was talking about – food had hard pieces in it and could have been fresher
Breadsticks were over cooked and had little to no butter on them at all
Prior to our most recent visit we had been ordering delivery but the workers would wait til they closed to deliver the food and take a cash payment
Often we were waiting more than an hour for our food and when we would try to call to find out where it was they would be closed – but then the worker would eventually show up with our food well after they closed

We put in an online order and were given a 25 min estimate wait time. Headed over after 25 mins, our order wasn’t ready so we waited inside. The lady taking the pizzas out of the oven wasn’t wearing gloves, we watched her come from a side room and go straight to work – no handwashing or gloves. The place needs a thorough cleaning. Our pizza was ready after waiting an additional 20 mins. My gf pizza didn’t come with the pizza cutter per instructions. This was a “try again” for us and a deciding factor into why we won’t buy from that location anymore.
