This was my first time ordering. Completed my order online with ease. Pizza and wings were flavorful and delicious! Only thing I didn’t receive was updated email/text when delivery was on the way as delivery did go a few minutes past the estimated 40 minute delivery time. Overall Will DEFINITELY be ordering again!

Incredible pizza! And we are pizza snobs for sure. I had the honor of learning one of Kerry’s new words “mandicapped”! Hahaha! Seriously the NICEST people! And like I said the pizza is outstanding! Perfect blend of cheese and sauce. We ordered a thin crust (just sausage) and a garlicTastyCrust (sausage and pepperoni). I really couldn’t tell you which I liked better. Both were so very good and different. Wish we had one in Dubuque!!! Thanks guys!!!

I accidentally clicked pick up for later but I wanted to pick up my order on my way home from work. I called and the person I talked to said they would do their best to have my order done at the time I said I’d like to pick up bc they were running 10 mins longer than the time I said. I was running ahead of schedule so I stopped to air up my tires and when I got to the store my order was done! I was so grateful. To me that’s customer service at its best! Thank you! The food was really good too.

Some of the items are hit and miss. Tend to order the same appetizer, different topping pizzas, and the cinnamon bread dessert. Better consistency with the preparation is needed. The BBQ chicken pizza is a stand out item and highly recommended. They are better than others in the area but feedback tends to fall on deaf ears.

This was theb2nd time in a row that the pizza was over cooked. Very disappointing because Northern Lights has always been our favorite. I even check marked cook regularly vs the well done, and it was dry and over cooked. It was delivered fast, but really not good at all

Delivery was fast and efficient. We ordered taco pizza. Normally, very good. This one, not so much. Hamburger had so much grease it soaked the crust to the point of not being edible almost. Soaked completely through the box to the point I wouldn’t set it on my granite for fear it would soak in. I must say, this isn’t normal, but you asked for an honest review.

Haven’t had Northern lights in awhile and saw there Jalapeno Pasta chicken definitely enjoyed the huge portions and bread sticks that came with it in the box together.
Domino’s pasta was dry and not that big of meal.
Bacon Cheeseburger pizza was flavored and definitely a lot of toppings. Delivery was quick and the driver did a dog job. Hilarious!

Very friendly on a cold & snowy night. My order was ready when I arrived. (Much better than the inedible rubber chicken at my work holiday party I’d been to earlier that evening).
Only issue was maybe too much garlic oil on my bread sticks – there was at least a 1/4 inch at the bottom of the container. It’s delicious but messy & drippy.

When I walked in to place my to-do order there was only one lady working. The area looked to be clean and well maintained from what all I could see. I ordered a medium Pan Style Supreme with Parmesan “Tasty Crust” (per suggestion) which came with one garlic sauce. I also ordered Parmesan bread sticks, but as you can see from the menu there are other flavor options you can get and the order comes with 3 sauces of choice. I got one of each to keep it simple (Ranch, cheese, marinara). The chees sauce is a nacho cheese like you dip ur pretzel into. I have to say I wasn’t a fan of the garlic sauce but I did dip into it a couple times. It’s not bad, it’s just not my first choice. The ranch and marinara are well…ranch and marinara. I didn’t count how many bread sticks I received but it’s definitely enough for
1-3 + people in my opinion.
