We specialize in Shave Ice and NICECream Treats April – October each season. We close during cold Fall and Winter months. We also have Grilled Cheese, Churros, and Hot Chocolate to go with our in-house Vanilla and Chocolate NiceCream and Dolewhip flavors. Lots of choices and lots of flavors in a nice park-environment. During closed months, emergency treats are available by using the website forms. We understand, sometimes a craving needs fulfilling.

We ordered the avalanche sizes to share with a few people, we ordered the frost top with 3 scoops of ice cream. This is what we got for almost $15 dollars!!! That is no where near 3 scoops and the shaved ice didn’t touch the sides or come close to the top. When we picked it up from the window, the employee was no where to be seen, I waited for a bit to ask if this was really 3 scoops and he had disappeared…. It tasted wonderful but the price for what we got is ridiculous…. I will probably send this on to the owner, I’ll post back if he has anything to say. Otherwise I won’t be back.

I love shaved ice and this place does a great job with it. They have a great Ice to flavor ratio which is why I come here. They also serve ice cream, flavored drinks and many other treats.The music they play is really nice and they have a beautiful area to sit and eat your frozen treat. The only reason they don’t get five starts from me is because of their prices. For a small 8oz shaved Ice it’s $2 after tax , which I know isn’t horrible but most Sno shack’s would be half the price for the same size. However if price doesn’t bother you, you’ll love it here!

The is the second time this week I went to get the exact same snow cone and ended up with the same results even though a different young employee made it. Honestly it’s disappointing because I can’t taste the flavor once the top is off. Also it’s more of snow cone then shaved ice. The texture isn’t smooth. It’s sad to say but I wouldn’t recommend and probably won’t be back.

The girl working the counter wasn’t being hygienic with my order. She had dirty hand and no gloves and kept putting her hands inside the empty cups. I don’t know if it was a nervous habit or not but I found it really gross as I have trained in food service myself. I can’t say in the products were good but my order was shaved ice and it had more color than flavor. I’m not sure if I will go there again just do to poorly trained staff.

I have never been to this place, but don’t plan on returning. The girls that were working today, weren’t that nice and acted like we were a bother as well as when we ordered, my girlfriend ordered a medium size and they gave her a small so I think they overcharged us and we had to come back and pay an extra $3 for a small again because it had been spilled and they wouldn’t listen that it wasn’t supposed to be a small in the first place and they didn’t give us a receipt.

Worst experience at an ice cream stand and I won’t be going back. I went and ordered an swirl for my husband and a vanilla cone for myself. After paying I was told they had no vanilla and I had to pick something else. I was upset because I specifically came for vanilla but fine. I ended up finding something else on the menu to order that was a couple dollars more. The guys said I would have refund my first order and pay again.. fine. Then he told me he was unable to refund me to I could 1. Just pay for the new ice cream with no refund to the vanilla cone they could give me! Or 2. Order chocolate which I don’t like. At that point I was don’t and told them this was my first and last time coming there.

Best snowcone place around ! They are small family owned business and are always trying to make guests happy and as comfortable as possible while waiting for their tasty treats. This year they added a sunshade and extra seating to accommodate for more clients. The service is great and we come here often with our family to not only enjoy now cones but dolewhip, and other frozen delights.

My experience here was much lower than expected. I came here and ordered a rootbeer freeze and to be quite honest, the freeze was very dissapointing. It was merely a small scoop of cheap vanilla icecream mixed in with a can of rootbeer. The young man who prepared it failed to observe safe hygiene practices as he placed my spoon directly on the counter after it was placed into my cup. We are in a pandemic for goodness sakes. I could have made a much better freeze at home. The only positive thing about this place is they have nice grounds. If only the quality of their deserts could match the quality of their landscaping.
