If you haven’t been to Northend Pub, you are missing out! Their daily menu offerings are varied and always delicious. If you are lucky enough to be there when they have a special holiday menu, you won’t be disappointed! Their Valentine’s Day menu was absolutely scrumptious. We started with the stuffed Portobello mushrooms. It was an elevated, winter take on a Caprese salad. The mushrooms were served warm with a topping of marinara, fresh basil, melted mozzarella and a balsamic glaze. Absolutely order them! I wish they were part of the daily menu. We had the crab crusted cod and the Italian crusted filet mignon. Both were outstanding, but the filet was our favorite. It was served medium rare with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The tenderloin melted in your mouth! I appreciated the extra effort the staff put in to make Valentine’s Day extra special in a small town, from the specialty menu to the waitstaff both dressing to the nines and giving impeccable service. Don’t miss this hidden gem in tiny Cochrane, Wisconsin!

Good burgers. Went there 3 times. Last time I went in I had a bill for 17 dollars and some change. I filled in the tip line and total line. I wanted to make it simple and just rounded up to 30$. I must have messed up the math on the tip line. Anyway when I saw my credit card statement they charged me an extra 10 cents. It’s my fault but I feel any reasonable person would have looked at the total line and relised my mistake and graciously accepted the 73% tip. No. They charged me the extra dime. I’ll never go back. Hope that 10 cents was worth it. GREEDY!

Dan had a bacon cheeseburger & I had their som chicken sandwich with a few beers while watching a couple of NFL games on big screens.

Delicious! Stopped through on our trip from up North back down to Chicago. Great atmosphere, lots of space. There were a few larger tables that could fit our family of 6. Cheese curds were amazing. We had to order a second bunch. They had a lightly breaded outside that was really good. My wife and I had the father’s day walleye special, pan fried. Some of the best I’ve had. Fries were great thin style. Kids burger was very good. Sometimes you get a kids burger that’s a seared brick. Not here. Was chowed down by my 7 yr old. Great adult food. Great kids food. Highly recommend!

This hidden gem is excellent if you are ever in the area. We had the cheeseburger pizza here and it was extremely good, probably one of the best I’ve ever had honestly. Service is great and prices are very good as well. Definitely will be back when in the area again!

We had excellent cheese curds and one of the best Reuben sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. Had an order of the deep fried duck bacon wantons. Never really tasted anything like that, hard to describe but they were delicious and I’d recommend them to anyone. I’ll be in this area in the summer. Definitely dining here again when I return!
