Very cool location in the train station.
The food was great and not too expensive for the portion sizes.
The peanut butter mousse was so amazing!

I came here for dinner with a few friends for a birthday. We got the crab dip as appetizer and it came out with what looked like white sandwich bread toasted. The dip was just alright. I shared the brisket grilled cheese and pork nachos, both were just alright. The pork had no flavor whatsoever and the cheese sauce was grainy like the flour wasn’t cooked out enough. The brisket grilled cheese also lacked flavor. The brisket was tender but had no seasoning on it and the sandwich had almost no cheese on it. My friend got the chicken sandwich which he said was just ok. The service was ok nothing extraordinary, but the ambiance was nice. We were sat outside on the patio area which was ok just very echoey. They had ample parking. They also charge a 2.5% fee on credit cards which I must have missed where it said that. Overall very disappointing and will not be back.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and comfortably relaxed. The waiter went above and beyond — attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, made the evening memorable. I can’t wait to return!

The Northbound is a higher class American bistro style restaurant that serves high quality food.
All of the food I tried was delicious. The cheesesteak was moist and flavorful with fresh bread. The handout fries were crisp and popped with handmade freshness. The jerk chicken exploded with flavor on the nachos covered in delicious cheese sauce.
You don’t come here for cheap food, you come here for the experience and to bump it up a notch on your taste buds.

Moved to Souderton about a year ago now, and my girlfriend and I make it a point to come here almost bi weekly at this point!! We went to the prefix dinner tonight, and it was excellent!!! The price point for what they charged, compared to what was served, was a bargain in my book. This is also coming from someone who worked on the industry for long enough, not some social media person who never worked in the industry

We like to ask our wait staff for recommendations. Our waitress did not let us down! We tried everything she recommended and everything was delicious. I had the gnocchi and my husband had the bolognese. Our waitress was great!
We had reserved a table for 5:30, but probably wasn’t necessary. However, when we left, people were waiting.
We can’t wait to go back again!

Haven’t been to Northbound in years, and tonight was the first time my family has been back. And what a great experience it was! The jerk chicken nachos were fantastic, and I really enjoyed the Korean bbq wings. The service was excellent as well. We’re already planning when we should come back for dinner again!

Great food, everything made to perfection. Drinks and cocktails are amazing too. The crab dip was the best of the lot! So was the roast chicken. Great vibes, friendly service, and overall a great place.

I like trains and I like food, so Northbound is a place for me. This is a nice, casual restaurant located in the former Reading Railroad Souderton train station. (Ironic to me is that it’s on the Southbound side of the tracks….). I came with a group for lunch and we all ordered something different and it was all good. Water comes in interesting, stainless steel cups. It took pretty long to get our food, but the food was very good. The servers brought us extra water and checked on us. I was hoping to see a Pennsylvania Northeastern freight train come by, but none did. It was a little bit pricey for lunch, but it was good. It was quite busy and reservations are recommended.
