Perfect brisket and burnt ends with delicious sides. I would recommend their seasonal mash potatoes, cucumber salad, and their collard greens. Everything I had hoped for.

This is the best damn smokehouse in Massachusetts. Incredible food, amazing drinks, friendly staff… if you get the chance to eat here, do it… and then make it a habit to do it again. Your taste buds and stomach will thank you. Also, they make a mean bloody Mary, though I reccomend it made with dark rum.

The sides were great. Mac and cheese, beans , cucumber, we would get again. The brisket was good, not amazing. Fried chicken good. Ribs were tasty. House sauces are good, not too spicy or bland. Owner is great along with the staff. We would return when in the area.

Loved!!! the fried chicken. I’m looking forward to having it again. BBQ sauce was excellent but I get acid reflux, so I need to stay away. Pulled Pork was good as well. Had the beans and they were delicious Ended with nice piece of cornbread. Very barn like inside, which I enjoy.

DELICIOUS BBQ! Prices were reasonable, good variety of options, high quality taste. Service was awesome, have gone a few times and each time the servers are kind and helpful. Food is delivered fast. Presumably the manager/owner is always personable and friendly, and checks in during the meal. Highly recommend!

This place is not pretty on the outside but has absolutely fantastic food and a very accommodating staff and owner. I am usually disappointed with what passes as service in most places these days. The North Village Smokehouse understands how to speak to, treat, and serve people at a level I have not seen in a long time.

The food was excellent! High quality food that is very fresh. You can see the smoke rings in the brisket and the pulled pork was moist with just the right amount of fat for flavor. The baked beans are NOT baked beans. The baked beans are more like a chili with large beans and various meats. The “sticky” sauce I think it was called was unique and went great with the cheese curd.

There was a nice gentleman playing acoustic guitar who had a great voice. It was NOT overpowering preventing you from having a conversation. Just pleasant background music with just the right touch of personality to engage the diners.

Excellent all around with not one issue. Thank you for a great experience!

This place calls itself the best barbecue in Millers Falls, which is selling itself short…. it’s at least the best north of Deerfield.
They do some things that most barbecue places around here don’t, like smoked turkey (VERY good), a variety of sausage, and fried chicken. You can tell a lot about a place by how much care they put into the stuff that isn’t at the top of the menu like brisket.

We have really enjoyed everything the last two times we have come here. They do run out of food fast so just be prepared for that. Ribs and pulled pork are great.

The only issue our second time around was we had a super fatty price of brisket and at $14 per 1/2 pound it was kind of a bummer.

Get the cheese curds! So amazing! Mac and cheese is also good. Mashed potatoes weren’t good enough to get the second time around.

I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon and was excited to try some great smoked meat, especially after smelling it in the parking lot!
We chose a seat in the corner and were greeted quickly by a server. We were told the specials and ended up ordering the turkey, chicken, cheese curds, collards, coleslaw, and mac n cheese (we love food). The sides are WAY bigger than any other bbq place I’ve ever been to, which was a great surprise. They were also delicious and well made. The meat I felt was average in price, maybe a hair above, but it was cooked well and seasoned perfectly. We were given 2 types of sauce and I wish we had been told what they were since we liked both a lot.
I recommend a visit to this place however it’s cold inside! In all fairness I do run cold, but myself and fiance both left our coats on during lunch. So be prepared! Also Interestingly this place doesn’t open until 1pm, so don’t get there for noon!

If you love Texas BBQ, you have to stop by here, but don’t expect Texas BBQ prices. It’s very expensive! In this economy, it’s become a 1x a year sort of treat. I appreciate the attention to detail–having Lone Star makes a lot of sense for this place. Get the brisket sandwich and if you’re rich, get the burnt ends, too. The pit beans are delicious and mildly spicy. The cheese curds are indulgent. If you don’t want a lot of fat on your brisket, tell your server.
