I had a craving for a chicken parm sub and this place more than fit the bill. It arrived quickly and tasted amazing! The chicken was tender, the sauce was flavorful & the cheese was plentiful. Everyone from the person taking the order to the delivery person were very friendly. This was my first time getting food here, but it will not be the last. Highly recommend.

I’ve slowly sampled pizza from literally almost every place in Buffalo Ny in the last year. What I found about Chucks is that they’re around the same price as everyone, but significantly (smaller portions). It didn’t taste that great to me, but they do use the expensive pepperoni. They do heat it up in the oven (automatically) before giving it to you, I don’t know if this is because they don’t have a pizza display warmer or it’s just courtesy. But I did like that. Theres also just two options (by the slice) compared to other places. Something just seemed a little off with their recipe, my co-worker warned me not to go here for lunch too beforehand… He basically made the same conclusion I’m making in this review. The pizza isn’t as bad as 7/11 pizza but extremely similar to those other gas stations that are a step up from 7/11. Just more expensive.
Very friendly, excellent environment, clean place. Personally I think they need to tweak the recipe and slice size a little.
As far as amazing pizza? Honestly I haven’t found that in buffalo yet, just lockport & Newfane so far Honestly. I’m just an electrician that eats A LOT of pizza. I’ve tried all the most popular places here too, have yet to be amazed. My two cents. ️

I used to come here with my wife religiously. They knew us by name and knew our order even if we didn’t come for awhile. Today I eat there and it was terrible. The new cook does not take any pride in his cooking. Big disappointment… I loved this place.

Whenever I’m in buffalo i order from here. I almost always go with the steak and cheese sub with a side of fries. Steak is real and always hits the spot, fries are bigger steak fries but still have some crisp to them. The guys cashing out are always polite and keep the line moving when there is one. Highly recommend this place.

I was having just an ugly day/ the next several days were going to also not be great. Stopped in to grab a couple of subs, knowing id hardly have time to sleep and shower for a couple days. The guys at north street were so nice, noticed I was a little flustered and genuinely cared. I have no idea why they were so nice but geez did I appreciate it. Great food, family owned, highly recommend!

The quality of the Fish Fry dinner’s has tanked in the last 3 or so months. Not only are the portions now MUCH smaller than competing pizza/sub shops (today’s Fish Fry came in at a whopping 5.3 ounces), but the fries routinely show up room temp and even cold. Called to complain and request an actual hot meal be sent out to replace the one I got and was told that if I didn’t like it I could call back next week and talk to the owner, but otherwise they weren’t going to do anything about it. Like, I don’t know if they’re letting the food sit before sending it out for delivery or if the delivery person is really cranking their AC, but my rolls and fries should not be COLD.

This really is a hidden little gem in Allentown. I’ve lived in the area 2.5 years and just stopped in for the first time…very unassuming spot, with really superb quality and prices. I’m sad that I’ve missed out on 2.5 years of great food. Friendly staff, simple space, and great food!
