The burgers are good, but they are on the small side. One burger is not enough to satisfy most grown men, and since one burger is 10 bucks, you’re paying $30 for two burgers and fries. A drink is extra. The fry portion is good. It’s also $8 for a side of fries. The quesadilla was underwhelming. Just shredded beef and cheese, and the meat was very salty. The atmosphere and the service were both excellent.

Great family place to eat. Friendly staff. I saw this hamburger on Google reviews and wanted to try it. The overall taste was good but the hamburger meat was a bit too well cooked or even I can say burned as you can see from the picture it was almost burnt around the edges. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it so I ate it but would definitely ask for a different one next time if it comes out this way. French fries was good.

Ordered 40 minutes ahead of time and asked them to delay cooking it until closer to pick up time. Picked up 2 burgers and fries for 40 plus dollars. It was super slow, with only a few customers in the restaurant. Took my food to the car and all the food was COLD to the touch. I am really really disappointed. Wish pre-ordering and taking the time would be seen as a good customer… maybe next time I should instead went to get Habit or McD’s and at least it could be hot.

Myself and a friend were in the retail complex for a supposed Mercedes-Benz event that never took place. We decided to investigate the restaurant’s and chose this one.
Once inside we noticed how long it took to get service. My friend thought it was a race related issue but I pointed out how many dirty tables there were from previous customers and how that indicated either not enough staff or someone on staff was out to lunch or on break. It took at least ten minutes and the gentleman that came out apologize for the delay.
We ordered our food and the food was brought out in a decent period of time. My burger was presented nicely but I wasn’t particularly impressed. I asked for extra raw onion and I barely got a few silvers. I also asked for a different cut of cheese and it was there, so that was good. Eating the burger I noticed the edges of the patty was slightly overcooked beyond the medium rare I asked for.
We finished our meal and decided we were satisfied but not enthusiastic enough to find ourselves recommending the place. The meal prices were fair but our overall experience just wasn’t making the cut.
The staff was nice… however, if you live in the area then you’ve probably have been here and if you’re planning on visiting, you may as well. I’m thinking our day just wasn’t our day. Maybe your experience will be different.

We used to love this place and often brought friends and family. Unfortunately, one employee has completely changed our minds. Her lack of awareness and professionalism made us uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about food safety. I have no trust in her ability to follow proper practices — and frankly, she’s very dishonest . Because of this, we left and will not be returning. We’ll be taking our business and recommendations elsewhere.

Your response (2 months later) shows you actually very clearly did not review the tapes. You should be embarrassed by this place. Don’t pretend you have a clue what happens in your restaurant.

Found this place by accident and I am glad I ordered some food here because the place and the food turned out to be amazing. Not only the staff is laid back and cool but the food is on point. It is in a quiet neighborhood I believe as I found the area very relaxing. Staff is good and the service is fast, you take a seat and someone offers you menus, ask you for drinks and bring those in no time. As you order food and are sipping on the drinks, the food arrives. It is fresh, less oily and served hot. We ordered their onion rings and liked the homemade ranch served with it. The fries seemed to be cooked in house and did taste good. We ordered a Southwest bowl with veggie patty and it a filling experience. We also ordered Papukea burger and loved how every ingredient added to the taste. The good part doesn’t end here, you can actually customize your entire order. If you want healthy options like a whole wheat or all protein bun, it is available, just read the menu well or ask the waiter/waitress, if you have read this review . Ah! the Oreo shake and the Mango shake that we ordered we equally good. We couldn’t finish all and then in a hurry I forgot my takeout box there

Amazing staff! Jackie is wonderful. As was the gentlemen who sat us and checked in on us. Very friendly, smart, and caring staff. This is a simple burger joint with an expansive menu with more than just burgers. We got the Duke’s burger and Sunset beach; both were great! The recipes are simple and straight forward, and tasty! Outdoor patio that has space heaters and is dog friendly. Indoor dining available as well. All staff masked! Highly recommend the sweet potato fries! Plenty of parking in the surrounding lot. Enjoy!!
Edit: unfortunately, we have to drop our rating from five stars to three based on the service, and repeated mistakes. The staff has been a bit curt, and generally not too friendly. Additionally, we have had issues where they repeatedly leave our ranch out from our order; or insist it is not included with the dish when the menu states explicitly otherwise. Other times, we have placed to go orders, went to pick up, confirmed the ranch of sauce was placed in our order, only to find it was not; forcing us to go back to get the sauce for our meal. Shame. The burgers were never mind blowing, but it was close, and generally convenient. With the repeated (4-6x consecutively) mistakes of leaving items out, and the overall service declining; we will prob find another go to low key burger spot.

Used to like this place but they constantly close early, sometimes two hours earlier than posted online. They wonder why it’s slow… but then close in the middle of the typical dinner rush time. I’ve drove to this place too many times just to be turned away because they’ve closed early. Won’t go again. Today they literally had two families in the restaurant eating, but wouldn’t serve me. Insanity.

Their food is really yummy. Lots of options. They seem to really be aware of food sensitivities as well. Their side dishes as yummy as well- the mozzarella sticks ❤️ Service is friendly as well.
Only thing I would complain about is that they have a one stall bathroom & that’s it. Just one bathroom.

Okay i rarely give all 5 stars for burger joints. But I couldmt complain about anything, and trust me I tried.
Pros: Waimea burger:
The patty was well seasoned and not overcooked. From the bun to the grilled pineapple to the all the ingredients, it was made very well and with care.
Pros: Triple B: Veggie burger
I am trying to be more diverse and needed to find who makes the best black bean burger. This was scrumptious. Can I say it’s the best, no, but can I say they are #2, yes. It was LOADED and so delicious that I preferred it over the Waimea.
Final pro : the price was far better than nearly every place I reviewed in LA. This is outside the city, but it’s great if your out here for a hike. Less than 10.00 for a burger that is usually 17 inner city. Wow!
Cons: like I said, I couldn’t find any. Like I feel like I totally got my money’s worth. The sweet potato fries were bomb diggity!
Overall: 9.5 out of 10
