Great experience at brunch when they opened for the day. Attentive wait staff, great tasting food. I especially liked the banana coffee cake and the hashed potatoes. Don’t sleep on the bread with good olive oil – great appetizer to share. I’ve been before when it was really crowded (restaurant week) and it was very noisy and slower, but I’ve had good experiences going normally when it’s not a special event.

We had a 11am reservation. And we arrived at 10:58am. The young man seated us right away. Our server Lino came right over and Introduced himself then explained the menu. We started off with a bottle of Prosecco and fruit puree. Then we ordered bread, meatballs, yellow tail, bacon, honey prosciutto pizza. And we finished our meal with the banana coffee cake! Everything was absolutely delicious! Our server Lino was top notch!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He made sure our table was clean at all times. When Lino brought food out it was hot, fresh and delicious! Lino took great care of us in the VIP section! This location is the best! The restaurant was very clean and well organized! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This location works well as team! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks

I wanted to give it another try when my friend told me that North Italia had great salads. I’m now thinking maybe she had the wrong name. I’ve been here before and unfortunately, it hasn’t changed. Their food is good enough but their salads are really bland. I ordered the arugula + avocado salad, with salmon and the calamari.

My friend ordered a pizza and a glass of wine. The problem with the salad was that there wasn’t much avocado. In the entire salad, there were 5 cubes of a centimeter square. You could see one peaking out in the photo. It was basically a mound of arugula in olive oil, not much else. There were a few shavings of Parmesan, but really not much. For $16.50, there really wasn’t much avocado, and the server said they put a quarter of an avocado. It was maybe 1/8 of an avocado or less. I eat a lot of avocados at home, so I know. On the other hand, the salmon was good.

When I complained that I didn’t have much avocado, the server brought me a plate of sliced avocado. But, she wasn’t so kind about it. She said, “So, what, you want extra avocado?” Seriously, the fact that I paid her the 20% tip was really generous. She started out friendly, though not as prompt; the manager wasn’t that friendly either. They were professional enough, but seriously, I felt a bit of attitude.

When the avocado plate was brought, there were brown spots. I told my server that there were brown spots and that I was not going to eat it. I don’t eat it at home, so I don’t expect to eat it at a restaurant. The manager told me that it was just oxidation. Hmmm.

For restaurants that tout fresh ingredients, I can say, I would say they missed it a bit. If I had gone to HoneySalt next door or to Flower Child, this wouldn’t have happened since I go there often.

The calamari, I didn’t complain since I felt my quota for complaining had been met. It was so crisp that the flesh of the squid was cardboard like. We were hungry so we ate it, but didn’t finish it. I like crispiness in fried calimari, but I also think the flesh should be meatier, soft, not a piece of wood. You can see in the photo how dried out the white part is… it’s stiff.

My friend liked her pizza and wine, so that was a plus. I would have otherwise rated it lower than a 2.

The manager took off the salad. My bill, including tip, was about $95. Seriously, there are so many other places where I can have a meal for two in Vegas to come back here again. I don’t know what the draw is.

I love giving credit to restaurants for what they do if they’re great, but when a manager tells me that it’s just oxidation, I wonder about the freshness of their produce in general. They didn’t charge me for the salad. No one apologized when they brought the bill to tell me that they charged me for the salmon but not the salad.

This place is so nice, the staff are so polite and professional! They really care about their costumers!
I ordered a chopped chicken salad, pasta pesto and garlic bread. They were all awesome, just the garlic bread was a little bit salty, which the management take it off from my bill when I told her that I couldn’t eat that.

Great spot to get dinner with friends or date night. I always get their rigatoni, but their pizzas are solid too. Focaccia came out steaming hot with olive oil as an app. Definitely recommend!

The food was off the chart. My daughter is a repeat visitor and I would definitely come back for more.

Great food, paired with an upbeat environment!

Our table ordered: Caesar salad, truffle bread, calamari, spicy rigatoni, bolognese, pesto chicken entree, Pomegranate Mules, a seasonal butter cake and the braised short rib risotto entree.

Everyone liked their food, though the short rib entree was least popular at our table.

The Caesar and Spicy rigatoni were my personal favorite. The greens were perfectly crisp, the dressing was dynamic and delicious and the fresh cracked pepper was the cherry on top to tie it all together. Wow. So good.

The pomegranate mule was slightly spicy (ginger beer), fruity and refreshing! Not too sweet and also not too strong.

There are beautiful views from every corner of the restaurant. There is a good amount of outdoor seating and there is also a bar with plenty of seating.

At any point throughout your dining experience you can make your way to the clean, spacious and well maintained restrooms as well.

Management and staff are doing an excellent job running this restaurant.

Brunch on a Sunday at 1130am. Had the Breakfast Carbonara Pasta. Surprised to see green peas in it and overall pleased with the food. My friend had the Salmon Avocado Toast and coffee with Baileys. Was not too happy with the dinner I had a year ago (too salty, no review, would have been 1 star), but will come back again for brunch or lunch.

Who puts eggplant on pita bread? The first time it was on Panini bread. North Italia in Summerlin, NV, has received mixed feedback, especially regarding consistency in food quality. Several diners have had great experiences initially but were disappointed on return visits, describing inconsistent portions and preparation between lunch and dinner, and even within the same menu items. There are mentions of meals like an eggplant sandwich and chicken salad being served fresh and enjoyable on one visit, only for the same dish to arrive cold, chopped differently, or with noticeably less care and quality the next time
