Since I work overnights this is my goto breakfast spot at least once a week! They have amazing food for a good value. The breakfast burrito is probably my favorite item there. Also they make very good biscuits and gravy! I would definitely recommend stopping in and trying them out or if close by they are on DoorDash also.

Stumbled upon North End Diner in between soccer games at the near by soccer complex.
It was Mother’s Day so I expected a long wait. When we arrived, the parking lot was full and there were several groups waiting to be seated outside.
We were greeted by the very friendly hostess outside who promptly took my name and number in my party (4). She assured me it would be only a few minutes. As we sat there waiting for a table, droves of satisfied customers exited the restaurant with smiles on their faces and presumably full bellies.
Not 10 minutes later our name was called and it was our turn to be seated.
The place was packed – a great sign that I picked a good place.
The four of us were crammed into a small booth likely better suited comfortably for two adults, but it was me with three kiddos.
We were promptly greeted by our server who took our drink order and brought them out quickly. Meanwhile, the boys and I choose our entrees and the rest is history!
The food was great! Perfect diner style brunch items. One thing that stood out to me though – the coffee. Most diners have watered down, old coffee, but my cup of Joe today tasted fresh and full of flavor.
Our food was brought out quickly and was DELICIOUS! All three kids practically licked their plates clean! Even I ate everything on my plate.
If you’re in the area, North End Diner is highly recommended!

Great spot for breakfast or lunch! The food it’s good, the staff are friendly, and the price is right. Local diner with family friendly atmosphere that is always clean. Each time we’ve gone we have sat and been served very quickly with little to no wait (note – our wait times based on weekday mornings).
Seating options include a large wrap around counter(watch the news/sports) as well as plenty of table seating. Tons of parking available and it is located across from the commuter rail.
FAVORITES – hash brown patties(Think McDonald’s hash brown but better!), fluffy giant pancakes with a variety of different add-ins to choose from(think M&M’s & whipped cream!)
TAKE AWAY – Local diner offering delicious breakfast & lunch, conveniently located next to RT.2 and commuter rail. Great prices and friendly staff make the North End Diner worth a try.. again and again!

The main reason for this review is because I thought the food was so bad that people definitely need to know before going. Now, I consider myself a very picky eater because I love spices and flavor — and this place lacked all of the above!
For context, I ordered the Famous Steak Tips. To start off, my eggs were so bland that I had to add salt myself just to make them the least bit enjoyable. I can understand that they might do this because others may prefer less seasoning, but I at least expect a minimum level of flavor — not complete blandness.
My home fries were unbelievably salty — to the point where I asked myself, is that where all the salt went? The biggest disappointment, though, was the steak itself. Please, add pepper or something!
I’m sure they make good pancakes or other dishes, but I wouldn’t want to risk it when something so simple couldn’t be done right.
Apologies if I offended anyone but I’d like the world to know to not have high hopes because of the good amount of nice reviews.

TL;DR – an outstanding breakfast place, fast, friendly, plentiful. Upon walking through the door with the family, we were greeted and offered a table in mere moments. Then, seconds later hot coffee was on the table and kids drinks were cupped and strawed. The large gleaming whiteboards proudly presented the specials, putting to shame the small, messy special boards of the past. After ordering the many tvs kept everyone informed in this relaxed, comfortable, cozy place. Food was hot, with large portions.

I stopped in what turned out to be a locals favorite diner. Fantastic decision. The 3 egg meat lovers omelette was cooked perfectly and absolutely stuffed with ham, sausage and very tasty bacon along with a generous portion of cheese. The sourdough toast was toasted just right and had a good sourdough chew to it. The staff were all super friendly and the wonderful service kept the coffee full. Definitely saved to my Favorites!
