Wow. I’ve been wanting to try this place ever since I’ve heard about it and this place far exceeded my expectations. For 16 dollars with drink is deal you just can’t find anymore. The service was excellent with friendly staff. The steaks chicken and unlimited burgers were all very tasty. To think I could’ve ate 4 burgers that tasted that good is incredible and they had the type of cheesecakes I like. This reminds me of a ponserosa but a little more homie. This is comfort food at it’s finest. I’ll definitely be back

Great steak buffet for a very reasonable price. The steak was very good sirloin cooked exactly to order. It was accompanied with cheesey hash browns, which were also very good.
There was a large selection of offerings besides the steak which were all very good
My partner had the pork chop and it too was very tasty and tender.
The only complaint was the desserts, which were nothing special, so don’t bother saving room for dessert, fill up on all the other great offerings.
Service was prompt and the place is clean, will definitely be returning!

The NCSB is always a great place to eat. I enjoyed a burger, the very varied salad bar and all the side dishes I cared to eat.
The downside to this restaurant is the line to get in. Why does it take so long to ring people up? That part is slow and inefficient, but the food is good, once you get in.

We were traveling through from Iowa and stopped in. The buffet was spotless, the food was delicious, and our waitress was fantastic. Truly an excellent experience with zero complaints.

Very busy, there was a 30 minute line to get in and pay; even with reservations and there was about a 10 minute wait in line to get to the steak, chicken, burger, pork chop station because it was so busy. It wasn’t worth it to me to wait to go back through it, so I went to the salad bar and other statons tried items like the fried chicken and the taco bar. They have a goid variety of quality food.
My nefew waited in line for a steak for himself and his girlfriend, while she took care of the baby. He was only allowed to get a steak for himself, but maybe he didn’t explain why he wanted two.
The staff has always been very friendly to us and keeps drinks refilled. I enjoy this place more for lunch when it isn’t as busy.

It’s a little bit pricey for a buffet. Steak was kinda cold. It was good but just wasn’t hot. Nice variety of food, salad, and dessert. Friendly staff, and there was not a wait. Only 1 suggestion would be to have 2 people at the front instead of 1. One to ring you up and one to seat you. The young lady was doing both. Beautiful view across the street of the Eagles watching.

These people are on top of clearing the tables asking if everythings good. The service was sublime! They are making fresh food constantly for their buffet! I haven’t been there for 10 years but I’m glad this is where I chose to bring my family for Easter. The price is comparable to other diners around if not even a little cheaper now. They have really good mouthwatering food! The steak was incredible and bursting with flavor! The wait even on Easter was only about 15 minutes.

The service was ok. Waitress kept our table clean but don’t ask if we wanted refills. We would have to ask for them and she allowed one to run dry.
The food was warm at least but for me wasn’t flavored nicely. The enchiladas were good. The salad bar was really good too. The steaks were dry, tough and over cooked every time. I went up 3 times for a med rare and each was well done. Definitely need to season them otherwise they are flavorless. The deserts wasn’t that bad
