First time there. Waited about 10 minutes to get seated once seated waited another 10 minutes for our server. A server from another table saw we weren’t being waited on and got us some waters. Finally our server did show up and when it came time to bring the food out she sat it down quickly and dashed off. Did not ask if there was anything we needed. We both had water and she never refilled our water when she brought our food.

Slow kitchen service, very slow. Waited 15 minutes to get soup and appetizer. Pierogies were decent, French onion soup was not. Reuben was good as were sweet potato fries. Forgot to add bacon to the club sandwich! The roasted vegetable was just steamed broccoli and served lukewarm. High note is that the waitress was wonderful. Overheard another person say – at least the desert was good. Won’t go back even though we will be back to the Cleveland Clinic

Absolutely wonderful food, calm ambience and fabulous service! One of the best things about going to the Cleveland clinic is dining at the North Coast Café at the Intercontinental Hotel. They have a wonderful omelette and waffle bar for breakfast along with an abundant and delicious breakfast buffet. Fresh pasta is made to order for lunch along with very upscale buffet. And the wait staff is old school professional and respectful. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough!!

The waiter was friendly up until she took my order then nothing. No asking if I needed anything else, no asking how the food was, nothing. Sat there for 15 before my order was taken then it was not explained to me how the breakfast deal I ordered worked. (She just told me to go tell a guy how I want my eggs done.). Chicken salad croissant was terrible. Service was terrible for lunch. My wife salad was not delivered as described less bacon bits. We were done owth our meal before the waiter delivered the ketchup. He had 2 tables. Terrible and lazy for a high line hotel
