Already planning our next visit. We were blessed with a beautiful day and dined for lunch on the patio. Abbey was our server, she was excellent. I can not sing her praises enough. The food was amazing. The Tennessee style ribs were falling off the bone and I ate so many coconut shrimp. Will be back to sample more of the menu.

I had a birthday dinner at North and South last night and it was delicious! My partner and I shared some of the armadillo eggs, they weren’t too spicy, and the bacon could have been cooked a little longer, but they were really tasty.

Nice place with good food. I visit Verona for work frequently and recently got to try this restaurant. Employees are nice and the food is good. Restaurant is always busy so plan ahead if you plan to eat here. I have tried the firecracker chicken tacos, the fire cracker shrimp tacos, and the brisket tacos so far and they did not disappoint. The chips and salsa are good. They also offer a wide variety of drinks. Nice outdoor seating area as well.

We’ve always loved the food and service at north and south so when our wedding venue had them listed as a preferred caterer it was an easy choice! They were great to work with, prior to the event- Cassie communicated everything very well and was there if we had any questions! All of our guests were telling us how much they liked the food! We also used north and south as our bartenders for the wedding, they were amazing and truly helped make our day so special!

Nice meal! The wife and I started with a bowl of excellent gumbo. Thick with sausage and spicy enough to tickle the ears but not overwhelming. I had the brisket sandwich with blue cheese and bacon which was smoked delicious. A few bites a bit dry but still tasty. Wife had ahi tuna tacos which she said were great. Warning the tuna is nearly raw by design if this is not your taste. Key lime pie was authentic southern. Service top notch.

We had a great experience. We had cheese curds and firecracker shrimp as appetizers. I had firecracker chicken with broccoli and fries with a Hurricane. The food was amazing. The Hurricane was almost straight rum, super strong.

We reserved a table here for the first time, and we’re very happy with the experience. The service here was above what we expected. Food came out fast, and was absolutely delicious. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We plan to come back with family soon.

UPDATE 3/4/23: Have eaten here several more times and continue to be impressed. The new item I am addicted to is the “ make your own bowl”. Wow, most of the time I have to bring one half of it home! Pick your meats and fillings for the bowl! Unlimited possibilities!
