Such a cool distillery! The drinks are so fun, and the food (by Kinfolk) was also really great. The space is really open and spacious, very fun & unique. Also loved that they had a variety of non alcoholic options, too!

Four of us went out for cocktails after a play. We all got specialty drinks, and our server took the time to ask us our flavor profiles and preferences. For example, I like tart gin-based drinks that aren’t too sweet, and they suggested a Bicycle Thief. I loved it. I used to order an Aviation, but now I’ll order a Bicycle Thief. A luxury cocktail on the patio on a summer evening with friends, supporting a local business? Perfection. Yes, we stayed after closing, but we tipped well.

Wed nights are Trivia Mafia nights and it was fun! I loved their space! Ordered the charcuterie board and it was ok but wish we would have ordered from the food truck. The Solveig was phenomenal and Shark Bait was also tasty. Go and enjoy!

The go to place for an elevated cocktail experience. There are so many diverse offerings on the menu, there is something for every taste. Everything we tasted was amazing. The space is large and comfortable, and it was nice it wasn’t so loud and could easily have conversations. Ben our server was so knowledgeable and engaging and could speak to so many things on the menu! Would highly recommend

We ended up here after our original plans fell through. We had just come from a bridal shower so we were more dressed up than we normally would be at a distillery, and the chick who greeted us made it incredibly obvious that she didn’t think we belonged there. Her greeting was very rude and almost made us leave. Thankfully we ended up with a different server who was nice and friendly. The drinks and food were delicious.

There were so many amazing drinks to choose from; I could have stayed there all day. I ended up choosing the Solveig (by the bartender’s recommendation), and it was heavenly. The space is beautiful and open, and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I took two bottles of aquavit home with me for our annual Scandinavian Christmas party. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Really nice open space, great food, the boneless wings were fantastic and the drinks were very well done. The Danish Mule was my favorite, but they were all excellent. On the downside, we ordered food and paid for extra sauces which we did not receive. Unfortunately, the waiter didn’t seem to be too interested.
